I purchased a composite door from…
I purchased a composite door from Door-Stop 5 years ago.
It was very easy to order, and the delivery was on the day and time promised.
I used an experienced fitter to instal it, and there was no problems.
5 years on, and the multi-lock was not working from the outside.
I phoned their customer services direct, and within 2 days a new lock was delivered.
Easy to fit myself, and the the door is 100% again.
Thank you Door-Stop.
Excellent service, will recommend.

This is 2 of 3 reviews I'll be making ordered a door and side panel from this company. Gave me a delivery time and date, then on day of delivery sent me an email to say there was a problem and wouldn't be delivered on that day. Called them but no one had a clue what was going on. Worst company I've dealt with.
I tried to make no 3 of my complaint but wouldn't let me, Anyway I ordered another door the week before and that never turned up either. Try and speak to someone about it not interested. Take my advice go somewhere else this company couldn't give a toss

Ordered 2 composite doors......
Ordered 2 composite doors, and that was the mistake.
One turned up without a sill and leaked from day one. Customer Service blamed my fitter, who agreed to remove and check if DoorStop had actually remembered to drill drainage holes or if he had fitted it incorrectly.
I now have photos proving DoorStop failed and that their customer service people lie.
It cost me to have the door checked, it wasn’t the fitters fault and DoorStop won’t take responsibility.
Shoddy company, dreadful aftercare.... stay away from them if you want good service

Cancelled my order, useless company
4 broken promises on delivery date for my fire door. When it finally arrived, 4 weeks later than original promise date, it was damaged! Sent it back and cancelled the order. This company is rubbish and judging by other reviews will be out of business soon.

Beware ....
Beware ..... do not use this company. Unfortunately these are one of the few composite door manufacturers who make fire doors. I should have taken note of the reviews but my options were limited. I ordered a fire door 4 weeks ago, they advertise on their website that it will be delivered in 7 days. They have changed their delivery date 4 times, sent me e-mails saying it is made and will be delivered the next day then telling me they can't make it due to machine breakdown. It should have been delivered last Thursday and now they have said they can't make it at all. Their customer service is the worst I have ever come across in 30 years in the trade. No-one answers the phone or replies to e-mails. How they have continued to trade with service like this is beyond me. Since this has happened I have spoken to a lot of tradesmen who now refuse to use this company ...... you have been warned !!

Awful service
Awful service - door faded and cracked, they agreed to replace, failed to deliver numerous times then said they had delivered when they hadn't, provided a signed delivery note from an unknown person. Re-arranged delivery but failed again. Customer service dreadful, they really don't care. Avoid this business. They are a nightmare. Waiting for a response from them to re-imburse my costs, will update this review if I get anything positive from them

Our door leaks through glass panels …
Our door leaks through glass panels lock cover falls off and Door stop won't help. They say nothing to do with them contact supplier. Yet they made the door.
I advise anyone who is getting a new door DON'T get ONE MADE BY DOOR STOP!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY !
PLEASE DO NOT BUY !! We are having the same problem as everyone else. Our 1 year old doorstop door keeps dropping and hits on the side and does not shut properly. I contacted their customer service who said the 10 year warranty is only valid with the fitter. So unless you can guarantee your fitter will not die , go into liquidation or refuse to keep coming out to adjust it your warranty is worthless. DO NOT BUY !!!

Very poor quality
My door is less than two years old and the locking mechanism has broken. The door and and panel is generally of low quality. Frame is flimsy. The company claims item has no warranty with end user, and will not help.
