Lovely, good quality clothes, very friendly customer service and lots of different designs to choose from. I'll be buying more dresses from Dolly and Dotty!

The customer support is incredibly friendly, committed, and exceptionally helpful. The order processing was seamless, and my package was delivered from the UK to Germany within a week.

The dresses are adorable with unique designs (such as little ducks or giraffes wearing hats), perfect for any occasion. They are also high quality and reasonably priced.

I am extremely impressed with the wonderful dresses, the lovely customer support, and the excellent shipping experience.

The clothes are amazing quality. The service was fast and everything arrived safe and sound. I decided to return 2 items as they didn't quite work for my body type and that was really smooth and the refund was issued promptly.

Pour commencer j'ai dû payer 24 euros de frais de douane. Ensuite les robes ne vont pas du tout. Très mal taillées et le tissus de mauvaise qualité. Et si je veux renvoyer il faut encore payer les frais de douane... Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas.

I only have good things to say about Dolly and Dotty! The fit is always superb. The fabric is soft and doesn’t crease. I have a few of their dresses now and know I will be adding more to my collection!

I have only recently discovered Dolly and Dotty and am absolutely delighted with both the range of beautiful dresses and the outstanding customer service. I ordered two lovely Billie dresses in a size 14, realised they were a little too large for me, and sent them back to exchange for size twelves, mentioning I had a reunion of friends coming up in a few days, for which I would love to wear one of the dresses. The turnaround was impressively fast, via courier, with the new sizes arriving in perfect time. My sea turtle dress had its first outing on Saturday (much admired!). Thank you so much to Maria and the team - I will definitely be purchasing from you again as soon as possible!

Having searched high and low for the 'right' dress, I was so pleased to have discovered Dolly and Dotty with their huge selection of lovely dresses! I quickly ordered my choice of dress and was so pleased with the swift delivery. I queried if I could change it for the next size down as I'm sort of between sizes and was thrilled when Maria said she would send it out. Again the delivery was so quick. I would like to thank Dolly and Dotty for a fantastic dress, it's perfect and thank them for a brilliant website and service!

I have a few dresses from this company and they are really beautiful and fit perfectly. The only criticism I have is the thickness of the fabric - it's quite heavy for summer. I will be ordering more from them.

I absolutely love Dolly and Dotty products and they are the first place I look when I want to add to my 50s girl wardrobe. Their customer service is also second to none - I recently asked for some advice and within 20 minutes had a really kind and helpful reply. Definitely recommend!

Ordered three items - returned all three, only refund two. They did not, at first, refund the pedicoat which they sent the wrong size and then denied recieving it - owing me £35.00.

Then demanded I showed evidence there was three in the package, I had included a copy of the email with a handwritten note saying wrong size pedicoat sent too... And had adjusted the fit,

Had an email battle to refund, Will not be reordering due to poor customer service.

Being a larger lady I'm into brands that offer beautiful dresses with amazing design gins that flatters my frame, well 1st time purchasing from Dolly & Dotty i ordered size 26 in Billie style & once received found them too big so I decided to try the 24 & I'm sssooo pleased I did, they are lightweight fabulous length (I'm 5'3) & having the zip to me adds that extra added feminine touch & of course pockets!
These will not be my last purchase as there are so many amazing patterns to choose from. Couldn't be happier, I highly recommend the dresses, the customer service & receiving these beauties so quickly! Thank you ❤️👗
