My package unfortunately got switched by DPD. Customer service helped me immediately and answered all my questions. Never felt so taken care of and supported with any other business. The dresses i ordered are beautiful and are true to size.

Incredible customer service (especially Maria who has helped me on a few occasions). Nothing is too much trouble. Almost instant response. Their dresses are beautiful, exactly as they appear online. Great value. They don’t crease which is a bonus! 100% would recommend!

I am IN LOVE with Dolly and Dotty. I first discovered their dresses on a US-based website that specializes in vintage-inspired apparel and I purchased two dresses there. I wholeheartedly loved said dresses so much that I decided to explore their website and shop some more. What exactly did I love? 1) The fit is perfect. The dresses fit like they were made for my body. 2) The prints are gorgeous and, if I could, I would buy one of each (I am not exaggerating.) 3) Many of the dresses are wrinkle-resistant and look perfect after hours of wear. 4) Customer service is simply stellar, literally second to none. 5) Delightful nostalgia: dresses remind me of bygone golden eras and I feel like I live in those eras when I wear them. 6) Strangers of all ages stop me to ask where did I get this dress? Other people seem to respond to the fit and the prints too!!
Now, is there anything I don’t like? Well, they are based in the UK and I am in the US, so shipping fees are a little high (it is what it is; not anyone’s fault, of course). That being said, if you saw my face when I receive a new dress from Dolly and Dotty, you would encourage me to invest in shipping fees. Pure delight.
For the record, I don’t usually write reviews. I only do so when I am in absolute awe of a company’s products as well as their highest level of customer service. Thank you, Dolly and Dotty, for the pleasure of wearing such treasures and the wonderful experiences that have followed. Priceless.

I needed something quickly for a work event but didn't have time to try anything. I was able to get next day delivery on three dresses. Try them and then send back the ones that didn't fit with. Absolutely no issues. The dresses themselves were exactly what I was expecting. Good quality and the sizing guide was very accurate. I had a lot of comments on the dresses over the weekend and was very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be buying more from this company and recommending to friends

I love the Dolly & Dotty dresses, the fit is so flattering and the prints are lovely and quirky. I recently had to contact the customer service team due to a mix up with an order and Maria was so helpful and actioned me a refund straight away. I have looked at Dolly and Dotty for years but never placed an order. If I am honest as someone who likes alternative and vintage style dresses for most my life, its very easy for these style dresses to look and feel quite cheap and I honestly wasn't sure. However I decided to try them, and honestly my biggest regret is I didn't try them sooner.

Their prices are reasonable and they don't do what a lot of companies do and hike the prices right up only to drop them into crazy sales weeks later. (that never sits right with me) the shipping is insanely fast. My first dress I had it the next day. All the rest I ordered (and yes after the joy of the first one I placed 2 more orders) they are shipped the next day and it my hands within 2-3 days max.

The material is what worried me about them looking 'cheaper' but honestly its beautiful fabric. It is really soft. Really flowy and lightweight so it doesn't feel bulky but thick enough that it gives you warmth and a luxurious feeling. I really struggle with sensory problems with materials on clothes, but this is absolutely perfect (please don't ever change your polyester/elastane mix). The overall quality of the dress is great too and the fact the don't need ironing is a HUGE bonus.

My only feedback is the sizing is quite off. I only bought the 'Amanda style' but I checked the measurement chart and came up as an 18. I decided to size down to a 16 as I am trying to loose weight and that was still a bit too big and I ended up reordering and going for a 14. I was surprised how generous they ran!

If you are like me and on the fence I 100% recommend you take the chance and get yourself some beautiful dresses!

I have four dresses from this company and I absolutely love them all! Nice, cozy fabric and I love the quirky designs <3 I've bought dresses in the past for the prints, and sometimes the quality isn't great but that's never the case for Dolly&Dotty! I recently moved house and made a very stupid error on my address but they were so lovely and helpful I couldn't ask for better service

I have only good things to say about Dolly and Dotty. Fabulous dresses, and in a vast range of sizes to fit us curvier ladies! They post out the dresses really quickly, always neat and well packaged, and a lovely range of colours and styles to choose from.
I haven't experienced any returns as I have kept everything I have ever ordered!

Dolly and Dotty dresses are amazing. The quality and fit (true to size) is fabulous. They wash really well and look as good as the day I first bought them. They are glamorous, quirky and unique. My customer service experience has been brilliant. Prompt and helpful responses, easy to return dresses and it feels like they really care about the quality of their product and their customers.

As a first time customer I was wondering what I might have bought. I have to say that I'm absolutely delighted! I was getting a bit anxious about the fabric in case it was a stretchy sweaty type. It's not! The dress is very well made. Well finished. Great quality. Quirky and fun! I'm impressed. Thank you.

Dolly and Dotty are amazing. Great value for money, the clothes are fantastic looking and hard wearing. I wear mine everyday and also have some for special occasions. I am usually stopped and complimented on my dresses and always recommend Dolly and Dotty.

Brilliant communication prior to ordering as I needed advice on picking the best dresses for my bridesmaids. Delivery was super quick, I ordered the dresses on a Saturday night and they arrived within a couple of days. The quality of the dresses is amazing and they look beautiful.

Ordered the Amanda dress in the panda design. Stunning dress but needed a size smaller at short notice and Maria was so helpful. Absolutely love the dress and can't wait to wear it tomorrow! Bought a dress for my daughter and delivery and messaging was great, however, I’ve just been charged for Customs charges as UK now outside of EU. We were not aware of this and when it was raised, D&D were very proactive in communicating with us and ended up being happy with the explanation and outcome. Thanks

The Company put out an Instagram post featuring Wallis Simpson with a somewhat infamous and insensitive quote. They've since deleted the post and have yet to apologise or respond to my complaint. They've lost a loyal customer until they put this right.
