I have a variety of different Dolly & Dotty dresses, including dinosaurs and mermaids. They are all fun and a pleasure to wear, well made, and best of all they have pockets! Unfortunately the last dress I ordered, 'Winter Hill' seemed very small compared with my normal size. I emailed for a replacement and my complaint was swiftly dealt with. I really needed a dress urgently as I couldn't fit into one I had ordered from elsewhere and dolly and dotty came to my rescue! The next day delivery was reliable, the product was fantastic and fit really well, got so many compliments at my works Christmas party! Would definitely recommend!

The clothes are beautiful, well made and stunning material with fun patterns. I always get compliments when I wear my dolly and dotty dresses. The underskirts are the best too. Very full so they look wonderful under the swing dresses. When returning it’s easy and the refund is quick with no hassle.

I needed a unique outfit to present an awards ceremony on TV, but with a limited budget.

The range of dresses is amazing, the prices keen, the fit is real and the delivery was swift. What's not to love?!

I’ve ordered from Dolly & Dotty several times and I love their dresses. So many fun novelty prints! They are my favorite for travel because they’re so easy to care for - they never wrinkle and they can go in the washer & dryer. On my most recent order, the package was damaged by the courier and Dolly & Dotty’s customer service was excellent (thank you Maria!) They were so quick to solve the problem, giving me yet another reason to shop this great brand.

The customer service is absolutely brilliant. Placed an order and checked out. Then I saw a small matching accessory that I wanted to add to the order but didn't want to pay additional postage. Went onto the chat and Marie added it to the order and sent an amended invoice to pay the difference. I will add that this was at 1am!

I received very quick help, I needed a dress in a different size and they sent a new one quickly. I'm amazed how polite and considerate Maria is, she's awesome at customer service.

Aside from how great the clothes are, Dolly and Dotty stands out from many companies in having a fantastic customer service. A recent exchange was handled quickly and with a very welcome personal touch. We'll be sure to shop with them again.

Great dresses I have bought 4 (2 Billie dresses are my favorite because they have sleeves) great quality material great fit and with pockets. Delivery always quick. However, whenever I get/have a discount code they never work. Disappointed. Probably won't order again it's too much hassle trying to get in touch with them to hopefully rectify the situation. Haven't got the time or patience for something that should be so straightforward.

I have purchased from Dolly and Dotty several times. Their dresses are cute, comfy and well made. There was an issue with one package being lost by US Customs. They were very helpful and patient as we tried to sort it out. They have the best customer service.
