Lovely customer service - I very sadly had to return a dress. I loved the fabric but had chosen a different style from my usual choice and just found it didn’t suit me quite as well. I messaged customer services as I was worried if they had received the return and had a lovely email immediately with the issue being resolved.
I normally love these dresses and the fabric is beautiful and I will definitely buy again.

I'm very happy I found this store! The dresses are beautifully designed and very good quality. I bought a wiggle dress and a swing dress with a peach petticoat. Not only was the material excellent quality with fantastic patterns, the cut of both dresses were beautiful. All dresses were true to size and very flattering on the figure. I found customer service to be quick and reliable.

Great dresses and service second to none. Customer Services particularly deserve a mention. They are professional, friendly and efficient. My dealings were with Maria so a particular shout out to her!

Wow! What excellent service!
I made my first order- using the sales as a guide- and I have not been disappointed.
First of all- made my order and selected next day but for some reason while paying via PayPal it took that option off. I quickly emailed and explained. I said I was happy to pay the postage or would I have to reorder etc.A lovely representative called Maria emailed back and sorted it all out without having to call me or rearrange. Great!
The order has just arrived and they’re beautiful. Well made and fit great. I could have gone to the 18 but I like the 20 as I don’t have to undo the zip ( difficult when living alone - yep young ish widow still learning) and a nice belt will nip that waist in. Room for a thin top on those cooler evenings to go under so the design isn’t lost. Thank you
I look forward to many more added to my collection of dresses- oh nearly forgot the pockets!!! A must have as the other brand I use are known for them so now I’ve two places to choose.
I also bought a jumpsuit which the 20 had the perfect body length without the terrible gather at the front!

Delighted with the Darlene Hot Air Balloon swing dress! It's perfect for an event I'm going to. Fits like a glove (check the size guide), very well made, lovely thick material with a bit of stretch. Great swishy swing to it.
Arrived the next day, which was most impressive.

I own several older items from Dolly and DOtty. So when I purchased two dresses I was very excited for their arrival.
Sadly they didnt fit as well as my older ones in the same size. The fabric is now a much lighter weight and I was very disappointed over all with the qulity so returned them.
The brand is very popular, I dont know if theyve changed fabric suppliers or makers but its a sham that the brand is no longer for me.

Great communication when I emailed to ask about measurements of the dress. They quickly responded to my enquiry. A speedy delivery service. I ordered a purple tartan dress. The dress more than meets my expectations. It is so much nicer than the picture shows. The material is great quality. It is warm and soft. When I tried it on, my husband was impressed by the look and the fit of it. It is perfect. It is slightly longer than it looks in the picture, but the model is probably much taller than my 5 feet 4 inches. I am skilled at dress making and it will be no problem for me to shorten it by 2 inches. This dress is far superior to one I purchased from another supplier a few days earlier. I would definitely recommend Dolly and Dotty. I will shop with them again 5* all round.

I bought my wedding dress and a couple of other items from here. The items were beautiful and the quality is amazing! I, unfortunately, had to return one item as it was too big and when I queried my refund their customer service was second to none. I received a reply within a couple of hours and my query resolved straight away. Would highly recommend!

Dolly and Dotty are amazing. The quality of their dresses are superb and after a small issue with my order, they were very quick to solve it. I would highly recommend them.

The dresses are very well made for comfort. The material is nice with pockets. These dresses are good value for money. I have about 8 dresses and I wear these for retro festivals (Twinwood) you can wear these dresses with nice shoes or trainers. You can dress them up or dress them down, These dresses fit lovely for the larger ladies and very flattering. The customer service is really good. I will carry on buying these dresses for as long as I can.

Customer service was brilliant, very friendly and efficient staff who put me first and sorted out my query quickly and super professionally! Beautiful dresses, I’m very sad that the dress I ordered unfortunately didn’t flatter me this time, but I’ll be sure to try again soon and order something else, the fabrics are of a great quality and you can tell a lot of love has gone into each design!

The dresses are a lovely material, well fitted, and they have pockets!! They're the perfect length for heels to dress them up or for trainers/pumps in the summer time for a more casual look. The Amanda style is definitely my favourite! Delivery is always quick, customer service is absolutely delightful too. Can't wait to add more to my collection!
