Ordered so many dresses for my Brother and my Sons weddings, the two I picked got so many compliments and my Mother of the Groom dress was a massive hit. Such wonderful service from Dolly & Dotty, we had a wee problem and they sorted it so fast it was extremely impressive.

Absolutely gorgeous dress and it came the next day! I'm so pleased with this, sizing is perfect, soft stretchy fabric and it looks amazing.

We bought our dresses for an adult tap competition. As you can imagine, we all come in different shapes and sizes but the dresses suited each of us due to the style. They offered great service and I keep looking for any reason to buy or recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience! Maria from sales was incredibly helpful, manually processing my order and applying my discount, since their online shop didn't support shipping to Germany.

The dresses arrived quickly and are gorgeous! When one arrived with a broken zipper, Maria promptly offered a partial refund for local repairs.

The company's customer service is outstanding. Maria was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond. I'm thrilled with my dresses and will order again. Highly recommend!

I ordered a dress and a net underskirt with next day delivery. after not hearing anything (allowing for the bank holiday) I contacted customer service who made sure that my items arrived in time for my night out. wonderful customer service and I felt amazing wearing my dress with the nets. got a few compliments on my amazing outfit. made me feel a million dollars.

Gorgeous dresses,promptly shipped and reasonably priced

I ordered four beautiful dresses and kept the two which matched my skin tone the best. One of the two I'll be wearing to my son's wedding. Thank you so much. A fab online shop that has designs to cover my menopausal tummy.

I was so excited about finally getting some of these dresses. I first ordered my usual size, but they were way too big. No biggie. I returned them for a full refund and reordered in the next size down. 2 of the 3 dresses were now fine, and one a bit too "booby", which was a bit annoying.

Fast forward a few months (I was asked by the store to make sure to tell you that the dresses were bought 4 months ago to reflect the events accurately), having only worn the dresses a couple of times each, one had its zip pop open exposing my back and behind to my whole office. Then, the zip on another wouldn't work past the halfway point of the dress.

As the issue with the zips now affected two dresses (as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - I would not expect 'reasonable length of time' for a £35 dress to be 2-3 wears, or indeed only 4 months), I decided to contact their customer service team, telling them what happened and attaching my original receipt. After sending them pictures of the zips, I was told I could do a full exchange, get a full refund, or get a 50% refund to fix the dresses myself. When I opted for a full refund, I was asked if the dresses had been worn/still had their tags... I said yes they have been worn, obviously, and was then told as a few months has passed, they couldn't do a full refund and could only do the 50% refund & fix it myself, which just went to annoy me further. I'm not a seamstress, so the money will be going toward buying something from another shop and the dresses will be recycled.

I'm really gutted, as I was hoping for better quality from this brand.

Got a beautiful lily green dress for my wedding. Fit was perfect and having pockets was fab fir topping up the lippy!

Love 50s style and found perfect pattern for mad hatters tea party. Ordered 2 styles for chouce, so did return one. Return processed within a day. Quality of the dresses is excellent. The one I kept fits perfectly, and wrap overs don't normally suit me

My dance troupe chose to all wear the Dolly and Dotty Darlene dress for our recent tap competition so bought 14 in differing sizes. The dress suited everyone no matter their shape - so flattering which really helped with confidence on competition day. The sales team at D&D championed us throughout and were really supportive and helpful. We’ll be looking at getting more for our next endeavour!

I love vintage clothing but they can be so expensive. Dolly and Dotty have beautiful designs but they are so affordable, yet great quality. I am not one to write reviews, but if you love cute, vintage and quirky clothing then definitely buy!

My partner saw a Facebook advertisement for your dresses and we decided to get the red polka dot Darlene. It came promptly, fitted beautifully, looked amazing on and was brilliant quality. We bought two more. One was in the same style , size and colour. Again prompt delivery. We hung it up and cut the tags out. When my partner went to put it on a few days later it wouldn’t fit. It felt like it was a size down. We contacted customer services and received a very prompt reply.
Everything was sorted promptly. Excellent service all round. We will be buying more soon.

The clothes are just fabulous and the frock I purchased, Guns N Roses, even has pockets!
And you know us girls love us some pockets!
The material has a nice weight to it, so it hangs beautifully

The dresses came on time and in great condition. They were lovely and really well made. Unfortunately they just didn't fit me so I had to return them.

Spoke to their sales team regarding the refund and returns process and recieved a very quick reply from Maria who sorted out all my queries and issues.

Very happy and will be using them again!

Brilliant customer service!
The dresses are beautiful, and some have pockets, but their customer service is second to none. I had to return a dress because I’d ordered the wrong size. I explained my problem and returned the dress and the next day the replacement arrived. Definitely a long term customer here.

Brilliant customer service and absolutely fabulous dresses and accessories. Flirty, sexy, colourful, eye catching - and so are the clothes :-D

Did I mention they are also comfortable and many have - wait for it - POCKETS. Hurrah!

I can’t recommend this company enough! Beautiful clothes with a variety of styles, patterns, material and shapes. I mean, where else can you find a guinea pig patterned dress and a classic vintage polka dot dress all in one ?! As if that’s not enough, the customer service is beyond helpful and kind. I love their website and keep going back to it for more treasures and fun. The items will last forever due to excellent quality. 10/10 in every single way.
