I had to exchange a top that was too small, and the customer services was excellent. Any time I've had to contact them they usually get back to me within a day. I even had to cancel an order that I placed by mistake, and they quickly did it for me, which you most likely won't find with most stores. My only complaint is that the bottoms of most outfits are huge while the tops can run smaller.

Best customer service ever! I asked where one of the light fixtures were from in one of the stores and within minutes I received a response. I mean — how cool is that! My package got stolen, and it wasn't really anyone's fault. Dissh really stepped up and contacted the postal office for me. When they couldn't find any information about the package, Dissh even offered a gift card, which was super generous of them.

I have bought many Dissh items over the years and have loved every single one of them. The customer service has always been amazing. Just recently I asked for a recent order to be upgraded to express shipping and my request was responded to so quickly, with complimentary shipping upgrade. Thank you Grace and Dissh :)

HORRIBLE return policy. Any business that hides the return policy is one you should avoid. Any links they provided (after 2 back and forth emails) brought me to a Refunded app that would not accept any of my credit cards for refund. Now I’m stuck with an item I cannot use. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

That’s what stands out to me most about Dissh. As a new customer, I’m still figuring out my sizing, but I absolutely love their linen and 100% silk pieces.

A tip for others (and myself!): Always follow the recommendations in their Fit Notes section—ignoring that was the only mistake I made.

You can buy from Dissh with total confidence. Just keep in mind that if you’re ordering from the U.S., returning items might not make financial sense, so double-check those fit notes before ordering!

Evie and Mary-Jean were amazing throughout the process! I originally had order a larger size due to recommendation because I’m pregnant and was shopping for my baby shower. Turns out the shirt is we too large and I needed to size down but I had bought it during the Memorial Day sale. Not only were they helpful to make sure I had the correct size, they were extremely friendly and made sure I was taken care of immediately so that I would get my item on time before my shower! I live in the US and I am absolutely floored by the efficiency of Dissh’s shipping. I received my items in less than a week. Unfortunately one of items didn’t work out, but the return process was super straightforward and Sophie’s customer service was excellent. I love the other items that I ordered and will definitely shop Dissh again. Highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! CHEAP PRODUCTS! I received two pairs of pants I was super excited about for some of the events around my wedding. One of the pants had the longest waist that even if i pulled them all the way up to my chest there was still a sack hanging (I'm 5'8" and that wasn't the style of the pant). The other pair that were supposed to be flowy were incredibly heavy with a cheap fabric. I reached out to their AWFUL customer service that was rude and unhelpful. Despite all the information I provided they still charged me a $20 restocking fee.

Terrible return process - it took them over a week after the item was returned to process the refund, and by the time it happened, the product I wanted to buy instead was sold out. The quality of the items varies; most are very cute when brand new and look average after the first wash. I'll just use up the voucher and will never purchase anything again.
