I never write reviews of clothing retailers as I've never had such a bad and frustrating experience as this.

First of all, the clothes all fit so differently from one another, when my sizing is usually super consistent (a very avid online shopper here). Things arrived and I was genuinely perplexed if I'd ordered the wrong sizes because everything just fit so badly and was so big. Тhe quality was also not on par with what I expected for the price I paid. I thought - no problem, this can happen - I will just arrange a return. I was then completely shocked that, given the more premium price point of the clothes, returns were not free and cost GBP 15.00 + on top of that, there was not even the option to have the return parcel collected, I have to go drop it off. If I'm paying for a return, I'd at least hope they'd save me the hassle and come collect it. But no! Never in my many years of prolific online shopping, have I had this happen.

Given the positioning of the brand, you'd think that returns would be smoother and free... especially as now reading online I see many many other people having similar problems with sizing. As an online retailer you simply either need to get your sizing right or offer free returns. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, there are SO many other great brands out there.

Dissh customer service was very helpful & went above and beyond! When I messed up my shipping information on my order, customer service responded promptly via chat and helped fix the issue. Good customer service is hard to come by, i’ll be shopping with Dissh again :)

I do like most of the items I purchased from this place (and I purchased a lot!!) - it’s quite overpriced for some, but since it’s good I decide not to think about the price.

But what’s frustrating is the return process. 1) you need to post a return within 7 days - which is not normal period anywhere in the world 2) you pay £15 to send it back with the company they choose - DHL doesn’t do digital prints so I had to run around looking for a printer - taking into account the price of clothes, seems like a poor customer service not to create a proper return service 3) now my return is cancelled because seems like DHL screwed with delivering it.

One very unpleasant experience and I’m certain I will never buy anything from DISSH.

Really bad customer service, offer to cancel my order as I choose the wrong size and encourage to reorder again.
After placing another order the day after they send email to inform that the order has been dispatched in less than 24h and they can’t do anything. So now I have 2 orders coming up.
Do not use this website!

First order and very impressed. I love the bomber jacket. The lining is so soft that it feels like a warm hug when I put it on. Ip was a bit sticky but seemed to ease with use. Love the collar and cut. Would definitely buy from dissh again.

Dissh has wonderful, unique high quality fashion. They are very helpful to address sizes and measurements for the perfect fit, their customer service is amazing. I'm a fan of every piece I've purchased.

Ordered for the first time. Shipping to the U.S. was free, but returns cost $20!!! They also use DHL for returns, which was surprising. I had to drive 40 minutes to drop off the package. I’ve ordered from international brands before and never dealt with such an inconvenient return process.

The refund process was also frustrating. They use a third-party service that only allows instant refunds to debit cards, even if you originally paid with a credit card. And they ask for your SSN “for verification purposes,” which felt really weird to me.

Also, the $200 top arrived packaged like a $7 H&M T-shirt. Overall, the whole experience felt pretty disappointing for the price.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Dissh.

I purchased a jacket worth $270 and qualified for express shipping because my order exceeded the minimum spend threshold. The parcel was shipped quickly, but on the day of delivery Australia Post never rang the buzzer to my apartment, and the package was simply left unattended in the mailbox area of the building. At the time, I was travelling overseas and offline, and my partner had no idea the parcel had arrived. Within just 4 hours of delivery, the package was stolen.

When I contacted Dissh, I was shocked to learn that under their terms and conditions they take no responsibility for stolen parcels. Essentially, once the item is delivered, the risk falls entirely on the customer.

What makes this worse is that express delivery is clearly used as an incentive to encourage purchases (“get it fast”), yet Dissh chooses not to require signatures because it increases their shipping fees. I find it unacceptable that items of this value are allowed to be left without the need for a signature.

I’ve ordered many lower value goods from companies like THE ICONIC and they have never been left without proper delivery procedures.

It’s a difficult time financially for many people and every dollar matters. Dissh products are not cheap, and instead of helping resolve the situation or replacing the item, they seem willing to lose a customer over a jacket they likely have plenty of stock of.

I’m now out $270, without the jacket, and the only party that benefited from this situation was Dissh. Very disappointing customer service and delivery policy.

I bought a pair of glasses from one of the Dissh stores. I was given a brand new pair but when I tried them on later that day, the arms of the glasses were very crooked, so the glasses were visibly slanted on my face. I took them back to the store and asked to swap for another new pair. When I opened up the second new pair, they were also very crooked. The shop assistant gave me a third pair to try on, and yes, those were also crooked...
I politely asked for a refund, as all of the glasses were clearly faulty and I was not going to pay almost $200 for crooked glasses.
The shop assistant denied my refund and denied them being faulty, saying “You just have to bend them into shape for your face.” Such BS… Why should a customer be expected to forcibly bend sunglasses to fit correctly??
I had to push so hard for a refund. Eventually the manager begrudgingly refunded me, but she was so abrupt and rude and still tried to gaslight me into believing that “the glasses need to mould to your face.”
Not a great customer experience… If you buy glasses from Dissh, try them on first, as the quality is not good.

I think it’s worth noting that if something doesn’t suit you or doesn’t fit the charges to return an item are ridiculous!

Just sent a dress back as it didn’t suit me at all…. £15 delivery!!!!!!!!

If you’re going to buy… make sure it’s really worth it!

I ordered a Skort and the one I was supplied was an incorrect size. Evie from Dissh was so helpful in arranging my free return and not only that shipped out the right one before Dissh had received the wrong one I was supplied. Great Customer service and so efficient. The Skort is perfect in everyway.

Had such a great experience with Faithe! I was completely torn between two sizes of the Hendrix jacket and kept going back and forth with a million questions comparing heights, fit, everything. She was so patient, helpful, and really took the time to guide me through it all.
I ended up going with her recommendation and it was the perfect fit. So glad I listened, thank you, Faithe!

Over all quality is good, fast delivery. Good customer service, rapid replies. No issues with refunds on returns. Nice styles. Good source for great looks!

I saw these on a 30 year old beauty and asked her about them.
So, I purchased them, too.
They're true to size (or maybe a tiny bit roomier).
They're a beautiful colour and they fall well over my butt.
So happy,too with the rapid delivery and excellent tracking.

Do not buy it from this brand , their sizes are very misleading. They won’t help you when you reach out to them. Just save your money.

Quick response, provided links, everything was perfect! I thought the inquiry would show which product I was on and it didn’t and the customer service rep even was able to help with little context. 10/10.

I have been buying form dissh for a couple of years now. The sizing is becoming a nightmare though. So inconsistent! I’m a regular size 6 but I can find their size 4 too large (even making exceptions for known oversized fit) and their size 8 and 10 too small. It’s a random surprise how something will fit. I used to live near a store so wasn’t much of an issue. Now living away from a store it has just cost me $10 to return items that should just fit.
I have also noticed a recent drop in the quantity of fabrics. Polyester making its way into the brand more often.
Unfortunately Dissh is just becoming another cheap fast fashion label but the prices aren’t reflecting that
