Customer service is amazing and the clothes are great quality. Super pricey so definitely investment pieces.
Ordered a strapless black dress. Couldn't tell the material by the photo which resulted in sizing being too big. Contacted customer service who refused to provide any solution - they just kept repeating the policy back to me.
What's the point of paying people to be a called a "customer service team" when they don't offer any customer service?
I was prepared to buy the dress again and asked for even just a $20 credit. Instead of them offering solutions, it was me trying to offer solutions and them saying no to everything. I really wanted the dress but in my right size which i couldn't even try on because it wasn't in any store.
No help at all. Same lady kept hijacking my attempts to speak to someone else. Didn't even pass on my request to reach head office. Stopped signing her name off on the bottom of emails so I couldn't trace that it was her.
Their customer service used to be way better. 90% of my wardrobe was Kookai. Stopped buying KOOKAI as a result of this. Really disappointing.

Je connais la marque depuis très longtemps et j'apprécie les coupes et la qualité des vêtements. Les magasins fermant les uns après les autres j'ai décidé de faire une commande en ligne pour les soldes d'été au mois de juin.
Ils m'envoient ma commande sous forme de deux colis, bon déjà pas très écolo mais pourquoi pas.
Je reçois le premier, le deuxième n'est jamais arrivé, j'ai suivi sur colissimo tout du long et il a fini par être renvoyé à l'expéditeur sans que je puisse rien faire.
Je me ré adresse donc à Kookai et je fais une réclamation. Plus de sons plus d'image.
J'étais donc censée pour recevoir pour plus de 200 euros de marchandise, qui a bien été débitée sur mon compte en banque, j'ai reçu qu'un seul article sur les 6 de ma commande.
Je n'ai toujours aucun retour du service après vente de Kookai. Je n'acheterai plus jamais chez eux ni en boutique, ni en ligne, vous avez perdu une cliente fidèle depuis au moins 20 ans.
Service was easy to deal with, no dramas at all. The whole process felt pretty straightforward, from ordering to tracking the parcel. If you’re after affordable textbooks without the hassle, Zookal’s a solid option.
I wanted to return the items and customer Service replied that they will get back to me shortly, but they never did. I sent them five E-Mails, but no respond. I want my money back!
I ordered a chair/bed. I have not received it and it’s been sitting over three weeks. I’ve E-Mailed them and have never received an answer. Their Web Site says “ something went wrong, try again later “. Over and Over. I want my chair or my money back. What kind of company is this. ? Was represented by Costco when ordered it. I’m very disturbed about this. Is it in the way or will I ever get it. ????????
I bought a dress for my gf to wear to her birthday lunch. After a single wear the poly pique fabric has broken threads in several places, the fabric obviously unfit for purpose. I was dismissed when I attempted to address the issue in the Bondi Junction store. They said I would have to email head office with photos and my evidence. Head office replied stating Quality Control Team determined the dress had been mistreated. They also said because it has been worn it is ineligible for return. Clearly this is at odds with consumer law. Sadly I will be forced to refer the matter to Fair Trading. I encourage anybody else to take these steps to hold retailers to meet their obligations.
I find it terribly sad that a strong Australian brand of 30+ years heritage now behaves this way. It makes it difficult to support Australian business.
Kookai used to be amazing years ago, but my it has changed. It's like they are trying to be high fashion, but it's not hitting the mark. The sizes have got smaller and smaller and the style has gone out the door. I ordered two items in the same size (size 1, which is 8) I ordered two years ago, and they are so small, you would have to be a size 4 to fit them.
