Seamless process to return & exchange a beautiful dark chocolate jacket I purchased, that was too big. The turnaround was very speedy & the customer service via email was perfect 👌🏽 I will certainly buy online again 👍🏽👌🏽

I had already purchased the top in white and decided I had to have it in black as well (the story of my life…). The website had a “fit note” indicating the black was a tighter cut and I was unsure whether to buy my usual size or one size larger. As I live overseas, and even though Dissh’s returns process is so easy, you can’t just pop into the store and exchange it if it doesn’t quite fit. Evie was really helpful and so quick to respond and explain the fit note, and the top arrived in time for its first night out on the Saturday! Thanks Evie!

Super helpful customer support team, everyone who responded to me was really friendly and helped me with no fuss. Compared to other brands that I’ve had interactions with, this experience was excellent!

Horrible quality. Pants are 100% polyester! For the hefty price tag that is actually insane. Within 3 months on cold gentle wash cycles the pant seam fell apart on one leg. After contacting them they said its because i didnt dry clean them. Imagine saying you need to dry clean cheap material items that are 100% polyester. What a joke. Clearly their way of not being liable for refunds or complaints. Definitely thin cheap material. And this has never happened to any of my actual good material (non poly) clothes when i gentle wash for dry clean only. Trust the reviews they really are horrible quality for the exact same as kmart, target etc. at least target pants will last for years!

I love the quality of all my DISSH clothes. It took me awhile to figure out my correct size (size chart is the garment measure, not your body), now I order with ease knowing my items will be beautifully made and fit perfectly. Customer service (Grace) is amazing and responded to my multiply questions with so much patience. Thank you DISSH, please keep making such beautiful clothes.

Adore this brand obviously for the on trend, quality, well priced pieces. But the service and warmth the dissh team offer sets them apart and makes you want to shop instore. Always thoughtful and considerate in helping you build a wardrobe with versatile pieces.

Catastrophique : très mauvaise expérience avec Dissh et grosse déception concernant la recommandation de Lison Sebellin !!

J’ai passé commande sur le site Dissh après avoir découvert la marque grâce à une publication de Lison Sebellin, influenceuse et instagrammeuse française que je suivais sur TikTok et Instagram. Malheureusement, mon expérience est catastrophique et je suis aujourd’hui extrêmement déçue par Lison Sebellin et par la confiance que j’avais accordée à ses recommandations.

J’ai payé 235 € pour une robe dont la qualité m’a semblé absolument indigne de son prix : à mes yeux, elle est même largement inférieure à celle de vêtements vendus à très bas prix sur des sites comme Shein.

J’ai donc souhaité retourner la robe, mais j’ai dû payer environ 25 € de frais de retour à l’étranger. Malgré cela, je n’ai finalement pas obtenu le remboursement que j’attendais et j’ai perdu mon argent.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par Lison Sebellin. Lorsque j’ai tenté d’exprimer mon expérience dans les commentaires, ceux-ci ont été supprimés. À partir de ce moment-là, j’ai perdu toute confiance dans Lison Sebellin, dans ses recommandations et dans les marques qu’elle met en avant auprès de sa communauté.

Je me suis désabonnée de ses comptes et je recommande à chacun de vérifier très attentivement une marque, la qualité réelle de ses produits et surtout ses conditions de retour et de remboursement avant d’acheter, y compris lorsqu’elle est recommandée par une influenceuse comme Lison Sebellin.

Mon avis personnel : une expérience catastrophique avec Dissh, et une énorme déception concernant la confiance que j’avais accordée à Lison Sebellin.

They sent me the wrong item, I was then required to give very personal details to a third party just to get the exchange eg; medicare, licence, credit card ect even though it was their mistake and a free exchange no money changed hands. The whole ordeal was uncomfortable and inflexible.

Dissh customer service is truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and always catering to each and every customer’s needs. Their classic, wonderful designs and beautiful fabrics make every piece feel so special. A lovely experience from start to finish!

I had a small issue with the skirt I ordered, but CS was super quick and helped me right away! The skirt itself is great quality and 100% cotton, which is a huge plus for me. The materials feel really good, and having such helpful customer service makes the whole experience even better. Australians really know how to do clothing 😂🤍 Definitely will be buying more soon!

Customer Service at Dissh is amazing. Whether you are in store or online discussing sizing the staff at Dissh are efficient, helpful and always friendly. I continue to buy more because of this......and the clothes are just fabulous.

I’ve always had fantastic, 10 out of 10 experience at Miranda store, staff are very friendly helpful and I always end up buying a few things from the store. Very happy overall the quality of the product is amazing . DISSH is my favourite store and I’ll definitely be buying more items.

Very poor customer service and no responsibility to their protection of customers store credit. I had a store credit issued as a jacket I had returned from an instore purchase. The store credit was redeemed without my knowledge by someone in a store in another state. The voucher they printed out states clearly on the bottom "treat this voucher like cash", which no one in their customer service staff can tell me what it means. All that their team made clear to me is that the "treat like cash" voucher did not require the voucher or its barcode or its code to be required for its redemption. All that this person needed was my email address, which I am under the impression they found on my Depop account as I had briefly posted the voucher to the platform attempting to get some of my money back since the instore purchase could not be eligible for a refund. I had the details of the vouchers barcode and code covered but my email address I believe to be visible. I admitted fault to their team for posting the voucher online, but they refuse to acknowledge any fault and have offered nothing in return for their lax policies around customer protection. The voucher was nearly $400 and the person who redeemed it by impersonating me returned to the store a week later to return it and use more of my voucher. I was never notified by email that my store credit was accessed which could have stopped the person when they returned to the store. Nothing has been offered to me to restore good faith in the brand, not even a 50% restoration of my store credit. It is clear to me that Dissh does not care about their customers or their reputation. And most of all it is clear to me that anyone can overhear a return occur in store, take note of the email address of the store credit and can easily use the store credit themselves, do with that what you will, Dissh does not care about their reputation anyway as I have heard countless stories of poor customer service with Dissh taking zero responsiblity.

Really disappointed... For the price of the product, I would have expected a product in perfect quality, which is obviously not the case.
I've contacted the customer service but their only answer was "Our quality control team do not consider this as a manufacturing fault."

I will not buy from DISSH again.

However on receiving them I thought colour wouldn’t go with my wardrobe
Rang warringah mall shop and opted to swap for another colour
Was seamless and easy
Girls in Dissh shop at Warringah Mall are excellent

Absolutely LOVE my purchases from DISSH. A couple of items didn't fit properly, and the returns was a seamless and easy process. The Support team were super friendly and efficient. PLEASE COME TO LONDON SOON!
