No refund
I ordered one pair of earbuds and received and was charged for 2. An exhausting refund effort has yielded no refund thru my PayPal account. It’s been 2 months. I’m thinking twice about using PayPal if this is the type of company they associate with.

I ordered Super Boost on May 1 and still have not received a shipping notice. This is five weeks later, almost six......I wish I had never ordered anything because i badly need the product and should have gone to the box store in the first place.....

Simple advice - don’t use
Simple advice - do not use this company!!! They fob you off in customer services and still waiting after over two months for the product. No delivery timescale, just the normal we will dispatch is 7 to 14 days. They have been saying that since outset. Will I get what I paid for? Who knows - but not confident at the moment.
If I could, I would have given no stars

EASY TO GET A AMZAON FIRE TV / CHROMECAST
My Dad ordered from this company on the 11th March 2020
After a few weeks, I message the company to see where was the order as we was still waiting on a confirmation date on the delivery with tracking code.
On the 24th April we got a message back saying -
"Because of hight orders we been unable to respond to emails right away. And we would like to inform you that our stock has already reached our warehouse. Once sorted, it will be distributed to the couriers for it to be delivered."
(Should arrive within 30 Days)
I would of gone flow PayPal but sady he my dad paid by card, so I quick respond right back commanding you to cancel my order / approve the request to issue a full refund. Has when the order was place (11th March) there was no mention on delays / no stocks.
3 hours later we had a email stating that my order was go it's way (shipped) with the tacking code, flow by "I'm sorry to hear that you would like to cancel the order. However, your order has already been packed and is on the way to you."
Well it the 30th April and the order have arrive with Royal Mail but sad the items do not work in the UK as the WIFI Booster came with a EU plug/US adapter and the TVBuddies is just a screen caster that connet to your phone, tablet or computer / laptop.
