Five star service and support. I’ve used Devyce for a number of years now. Mainly in Europe and have received professional and informative advice and support when needed. A great reliable communication experiance all round. A must for any expat who needs a uk phone number. 5*

I have only been live with the system but so the experience has been excellent and exactly what I needed.

I moved to Australia 7 months ago, bought an Oz tel number and moved my What's App messages to the new number. I then decided that I wanted to keep my uk number but ideally have it on a virtual Sim so that I could effectively have 2 numbers on the one phone.

I came across Devyce after a lot of searching and it seemed to fit what I needed.

When someone calls me from the Uk they are calling a Uk number, normal ringtone and normal rates.
I have set my opening hours to zero so all calls are immediately picked up by the answering facility....I have recorded my own message.
Because of the time differences my message requests that people leave a text or voice message via What's App and I will get back to them within 3 hours.
I was then stuck because I wanted to be able to use What's App with both Oz and UK numbers. Just discovered a work around which is to install What's App for Business (free version) and assigned my Uk number to that version. Because Devyce acts as the account provider in the same way as Vodaphone, EE etc, What's App for Business picks up the messages from the Uk number.
There are more facilities available from the slightly more expensive version but just not sure I need them at the moment.

The communications from the company is excellent.

P.s I am a hard person to please when it comes to apps, I am very pleased.

I am currently living abroad and was told by my old mobile phone service provider that I was in danger of being unceremoniously cut off if I carried on using their service, if I did not spend time in the UK. Sign-up to Devyce was painless and very quick. Call quality is excellent. Would recommend to others.

I had lost my phone whilst travelling abroad, I am an expat residing in the middle east. Signed up for this service, ported my number without any hiccups and I'm back on with my primary UK number.
The call quality is great and I'm able to receive the text messages. Wherever in the blooming world you are, you just need local sim and data to be connected with your UK number. In my case I have an esim.
Thanks to whoever came up with this idea-in a parallel universe this would have been Skype but they lost the plot. Old things make way for the new and snazzy ones like Dvyce.

Straightforward to join and fast effecient porting of number. Some minor issues with ring and notification tones.

I’m travelling in Spain, Portugal and Morocco for 4 months and need to be contactable on my UK mobile number.
My mobile provider (Smarty) we’re about to suspend my account, as Ive been using their service for 60 days while out of the UK… their ‘fair usage’ terms!

DEVYCE were first class in their customer service. I had lost my phone abroad and managed to port my number onto their system so I could still use all my online accounts and WhatsApp. Receive sms and calls.

I came across Devyce when searching for a business that could allow me to ditch my second handset and keep my business separate from my personal life. They don’t have contracts, which made me feel comfortable to try it.

For this to work for me, I needed to port in both my landline and mobile business numbers to the Devyce app, as my customers know me by those numbers. Devyce provide all kinds of numbers it seems but I made it clear I didn’t need.

The app was simple to use, the porting of my numbers to their software didn’t take much time and I also found out they have a softphone, so I can make calls and send sms to my customers from my laptop too. Excellent value for money if you look what is around in the market, it seems a new company, so very modern tech!
