Phenomenal customer support and technology!
When I was onboarding with Devyce I had a few questions that were answered promptly. The product itself has saved myself and my team hours a week with its AI call summarisation. Calls and messages are never missed. Highly recommend!

Fast customer support, however it does not work for WhatsApp Business as advertised. Don't waste your time if thats what you're needing it for.

Having been a customer for three years I’ve seen this app progress from just useful with a myriad of bugs to stable, fully functioning and invaluable.
I live overseas for most of the year but keep a base in the UK-having a local number has been an absolute life saver and way cheaper than any other solution I could find.

Update: The service has gone downhill by 90%. Calls constantly being cut off and reconnecting, every 30-40 seconds I get ''bad connection'' message. It is impossible to have a conversation on Devyce now. At first I thought It was my connection which was 2mbps so I upgraded to 20mbps and no improvement at all. I can watch 4K videos fine but can't seem to have a simple voice call on Devyce without the constant ''bad signal'' message and calls going silent every time I get that message. This is a Devyce issue as I do not have this issue with any other voice call app I am using. I was told to uninstall and reinstall app but no improvement. I have provided logs and screenshots to customer services but I get no reply. Also, the imported contacts names are cut off randomly so I can't search contacts and have to double check number with my google contacts in order to find the correct name before I make a call (absolute waste of my time). I reported this issue over 6 months ago and to this date it is not fixed.

First Review: I have been using Devyce for nearly 2 years now and it has been a very good experience so far. I got fed up with Three mobile disconnecting me and disrupting my business for spending more than 2 months abroad. Their loss. Most mobile companies are no good for digital nomads, but Devyce has worked out really well for me. Porting the number across was simple. I've had no major issues with the app so far, the loudspeaker button was not working properly beore but it got sorted with the updates. App has been improving in terms of UI/UX with every update. Price is very fair compared to other VOIP services. All you need is internet and you're good to go. Perfect for Dual-SIM phones where SIM 1 has your local number, and SIM 2 has the data sim of the country you're currently in. I hope the price continues to stay low.

I work remotely and travel, and this is the perfect solution to have a local SIM in the country I am staying in and use the app and this service to receive phone calls from the UK or text messages from banks and other companies. The support is amazing, and it's all easy to set up.

Been using Starter for a while, never had any issue. Also, support has always been quick at answering questions and actioning requests (e.g. porting number).

Superb app. So easy to use with great features. I arranged a port from a major UK network and wish I had done so, far sooner. Customer service from the team was swift when I asked questions, and overall I am extremely pleased. Call quality is really clear too. Overall thoroughly recommended and at a modest cost.

Great so far. Plenty of updates and the apps working.

Devyce is great for UK phone number and the only one that comes with a SMS plan, the only thing that needs attention is the desktop or web app, since we can only use this on mobile phone. Also, the UI is quite complicated compared to other phone apps.

Very responsive to my problem and it was resolved within the hour outside office hours! Great customer experience.

Amazing service.
I was looking for a solution for my UK business to hire sales people from abroad, and couldn't find a reliable phone solution with decent pricing.

Most of VOIP services are very expensive plus most of them require a contract.

Devyce has all I need to make and receive international phone calls at very good rates.

I’ve been looking for a way to make and receive calls to and from the UK whilst I am in Thailand or travelling. This seems to be the solution and the cost is reasonable. I have made and received calls to the UK and the quality has been very good. I have also received text messages and OTP’s and all has been very good so far.

Could not receive SMS and then wouldnt process refund
