Service works well, and has excellent customer support. I've interacted with them a number of times because of number port in/out requests and to deal with subscription issues (outside of their control) and they have always been very responsive and helpful. The app is a little bit clunky but basically does the job.

This is the best thing I did since being in the Philippines. Exactly what I needed to sort out my pension back home. I have recommended to most of my friends here. Fantastic service

Devyce is exactly what I needed. As someone who constantly travels for long periods of time and regularly changes SIM cards, maintaining access to my UK number regardless of where I am is very important. Devyce solves this problem with a sleek app. Was super easy to setup, easily accesses all of my contacts, and has nice extra features like voicemail and transferring your existing number. Glad someone finally built something like this at a very reasonable rate!

If you are an Expat living abroad, then it is essential to keep your home number in the modern day world. This company produces a first class service from signing up, support, advice and porting your number across. It has been a seamless process that now means I kept my home number allowing me to access everything back home even though I'm living abroad. I can recommend them as first class!

I very recently joined, Devyce, as I was looking for quick fix of my connections with the UK when traveling for a longer periods abroad. I am impressed and think Devyce isprobably one of the best, the fastest and caring for their customers company. They ported. my number for less that 24 hours. and the. most important they kept communication with me through the switch. It is still early to judge the overall service. I am a returning customer to Devyce, I didn't think I would still need my old number but turns out I did! So I contacted them and within minutes Hellen had my account back up and running and reconnected my old number. Super happy, amazing customer service, super speedy replies and very helpful! As for the service, it worked flawlessly before for several years, and so far working perfectly again. great company and service.

Good customer support which kept me informed about the progress of my joining and the free trial period. Then informing me that my trial had ended and my old number had been ported across.
All fine so far.

Device is great I have been using it for more than a year now and they are very supportive and professional. Also the numbers and app work very well! Will definitely recommend especially for people who want to keep their UK number and travel abroad.

I wanted to share that I had a really positive experience with the service. They were very professional and efficient, especially when it came to assisting me with transferring my number. I appreciated how they kept me in the loop at every step of the process.

Regular extended travel abroad each year demonstrated the frustration with maintaining internet banking and other apps that required 2 factor authentication using one-time SMS pass codes and keeping in touch using a UK mobile number whilst roaming.
The problems became acute as I transitioned into being a full-time expat until I discovered Devyce through their expatfone subdivision which permitted me to port my UK mobile to a voip service and continue being able to have all the function of a UK based SIM on an app without being physically present and with none of the problems and costs associated with roaming charges.

It's important to realise that the service runs on data but the ubiquity of e-sims for travel make this an inexpensive and very useful utility.

Both setting up the service and porting my UK mobile number across were a breeze and there was exceptional support and service from the team at Devyce.

A phenomenal service - the app works well, the customer service is friendly and helpful. Porting process was straightforward. It’s an absolute lifesaver as an expat, particularly to be able to negotiate so many 2 factor authentication services.

The Device App on the whole is fine, although there are some issues:

You have to shut and reopen the app to see messages so does not seem to refresh

However the most annoying issue is you cannot block spam text messages as the Devyce app does not pull the tel number it comes from
, so you tend to get scam/spam messages on a regular basis and there is nothing in its current form that you can do about it, can see this also being a security issue as you cant check where a message has come from if it was a scam bank message for example?

Have highlighted this to customer support but they dont seem interested in doing anything about it

Great service all round, I waited a couple months before doing this review just to be sure. Works on whatsapp, messaging and calls. Transferred my old number in 3 days and now all incoming calls and texts come through the app. No more international dial tone when abroad and a handy voicemail service when I miss calls. I was paying EE 20 pounds a month for the same service im getting now for half that. Great service for expats and remote workers. 👍

Great app and service. Customer Service was responsive when I had a query, and the online portal is handy for managing the account.
I mostly use it for SMS and Whatsapp but the call quality was ok when I did make a few calls.

Since I found them they have been incredibly they helped me set up and have never let me down.

Fast, efficient and well communicated. Great for expats like myself to maintain your UK number without getting caught with high roaming fees and 90 days uk visits to reset your network. The number porting took only 2 working days.
