I was pleased with product & price but…
I was pleased with product & price but disappointed I did not get next day delivery as specified. Your website says if ordered before 4pm its next day. I placed the order at lunch time before 1pm but it did not arrive next day. On the day I was expecting delivery I got an email to say the items had been dispatched so very disappointing. You should be honest if items are delayed as I needed next day hence why I ordered with you

Ordered some dental brushes
Ordered some dental brushes. Paid 6 quid to have them delivered next day by DHL. Apparently DHL lost them. Neither company taking responsibility.
Edit: Company has now come good and sent me out another package

We can see an email from you today detailing the issue and asking if you'd lost your money.
We can also see our reply to you at 3.15pm (approximately 2 hours before you posted this review) which is pasted verbatim below:

Not at all, we will have a fresh set sent out today for you. Apologies for the delay in this matter we were waiting on word from DHL.
This will be with you, and your postage will be refunded as an apology for delay.

We assume from the comments in your review that you may have missed that response - Our email reply came from Ryan.Major@dentalsky.com if you are having any trouble finding it.
Our offices are closed for the evening now but one of our team will reach out to you tomorrow in case there's anything else we can do to help rectify the issue with the courier and improve your experience.
Apologies once again that DHL have let you down, hopefully you can see from our earlier email reply that we are firmly taking responsibility and making sure you aren't out of pocket as a result of their error.

Resolution of my issue regarding Power Pikster problem.
The issue I had with a Power Pikster was dealt with by all staff at Dental Sky very promptly & settled by supply of a replacement free of charge. This exceeded my expectations & I am very happy to recommend Sky Dental for outstanding service.
