Denby Pottery Anmeldelser

Always loved Denby. The quality and craftsmanship cant be beaten anywhere else. I requested a Denby collection as part of my wedding gift lifts and I have been adding to this every year. I hope to be buying from you for many more years to come.

Beautiful mugs as expected and very well-wrapped so they arrived in perfect condition.

I placed my order on April 8th. I thought everything was in order when I got a message stating my payment had been cancelled. I received a message from Denby on April 16th asking about my experience. I had not received my order and I had no confirmation that it was coming.
Then on April 22nd I received notification that my order had been processed and my money had been withdrawn. I received my order around the 24th of April. Everything was intact and ready for use.

Denby Pottery delivers exceptional quality.

The craftsmanship is clear—each piece feels solid, well-made, and designed to last. There’s a balance of durability and understated elegance that makes it suitable for both everyday use and a more refined setting.

It’s dependable, timeless, and consistently well executed.

A brand that understands quality at its core.

The cups we got are fantastic, and we're likely to buy more in the future if there's an opportunity for a small discount, but the delivery time ended up being quite long in our experience

Beautiful plates and cups that arrived well packaged and ready for use. They make such a welcome addition to our dining experience. Their quality is outstanding - a really robust dinner service.

I was kept informed about my order & told that orders were taking longer than normal. My items have arrived today and they were well worth waiting for. Super quality & fantastic design. Order no. 104555. Thank you Denby, I have been using your products for 45 years & really hope that you manage to keep going.

Great crockery. Hope your business is saved!

Beautiful, high quality product made by skilled craftspeople who are paid reasonably well. Excellent customer service.

We were made aware there would be a delay to the delivery of our order and Denby's kept us informed along the way. It was worth the wait as the items we ordered have exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

There were long delays on dispatch due to volume of orders but Denby kept in touch regularly. When my order arrived, everything was well packaged and in perfect condition. Very happy with my order.

I've had Denby pottery for almost 54 years. It has lasted so well. Although my particular dishes are not made anymore, I found another colour/pattern that compliments them. I am thrilled to add a few more pieces to my collection. They look great together and have the same enduring quality as my original dishes. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Fab product. Will look lovely with my Denby white dinner service. Thank you!! X

Easy to order products with my Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Excellent deals! Love my new casserole dish anbd griddle pan. I fully understand the difficulties with delivery time given current issues at Denby, but I would have given a 5 if it had been quicker!

Love the stuff from Denby Pottery - ordered a cast iron pot this time and looking forward to trying it out
