Denby Pottery Anmeldelser

My order arrived today. It has been a lengthy wait but Denby kept me well informed as to progress with processing the large volume of orders and when payment would be taken. The dinner plates were well packed and all intact. I ordered seconds and they look fine

Considering the company is in financial difficulty at the momenti have just received my order and I'm absolutely delighted you can't beat quality excellent

Always wanted a set of plates from Denby. Beautifully packaged, fantastic quality. Very pleased and will probably get more 👌

Amazing product, it's more beautiful than I expected! Very perfectly made, I was happy to help Denby continue that bit longer, as British people we should strive to keep our British companies alive, I know we are all poor currently due to our terrible government but hope is on the horizon. Hopefully we will Restore the British Isles to greatness once more.

Beautifully made quality product, also delivered well packaged with mugs in a stylish box. I could also use Tesco vouchers which double for a great discount!

Beautiful, British pottery... I'm gutted it's gone into administration. I adore all my Denby pieces and use them daily. I especially love the pasta bowls.

Great company and products

Everything good dishes arrived in good order due to very good packaging

It’s been about a month and my order still hasn’t shipped

Now that my order has finally arrived I can give it a proper review. It was worth the wait. I've always wanted a wok and this is going to provide many happy years of egg fried rice and plenty of wok hei. The iron griddle pan is one extremely solid bit of kit and I've grown tired of pans with those nasty coatings that simply don't last. Many steaks will be happily cooked.

The crystal glasses are nicely packed in good packaging and it'll be good to get them out on some special occasions. They have a very nice ring to them.

I hope the recent bit of publicity can give them a shot in the arm, because we need companies that can continue to produce good products. There is a time and a place for cheap stuff, but they simply don't last.

Denby Pottery is quality.

Excellent quality and well-packed; kept up to date on progress while awaiting delivery.

Well packaged and arrived on time

I usually award Denby 5 stars because the quality of the pottery is second to none and their customer service is brilliant. The reason this is a 4 star review is due to the longer than usual dispatch time. Under the circumstances, I totally understand why this was.
I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased from Denby and I've been a customer for a long time.
I wish Denby and all their staff very best wishes for the future.

Excellent quality. Really lovely.

Kept me in the loop regards my purchases

I already have this item and it does the job well, good quality at a fair price

Just a note to say it’s very sad that Denby have not found a buyer or finance source. The items were not delivered but Cancelled as they were unable to fulfil.
I have had brilliant service in the past and have owned Denby pottery for over 30 years. I recently bought a full service and was ordering a few more pieces. Chris kept me informed and I can only praise the staff for what they have done in the past. I only wish them lots of luck going forward.

Easy to order online. I purchased this item when I found out Denby maybe closing. I've been collecting their pottery for nearly 30 years and I'm devastated we could be loosing them. Everything I have bought is excellent, very high quality and lasts.

I love all of my Denby dishes. I have always had excellent service when ordering from your company, which is saying a lot given that I live in Canada. I am saddened to hear Denby is experiencing hard times. Best of luck to your workers. I have all my fingers and toes crossed in hope that a solution is found.
