Denby Pottery Anmeldelser

Love, love, love these products. Great service, fast delivery. Thank you

Good quality products and very reasonably priced

Once my order was received, I was kept fully informed by Customer Services right through to delivery, including information relating to the order being delayed and a subsequent apology for the delay when the goods were finally shipped.
It was certainly very refreshing to be kept so diligently informed throughout the whole ordering/dispatch process.

Re Order number 2979517
Product 380010044 quantity 4

The plates arrived completely broken (see photos). They were not packed properly. I need a refund

I'm disappointed with this delivery, this never happened in all my time with Denby before.

Took along time to arrive but I assume that’s because of the liquidation of the company as never had a problem before. Love the products, my kitchen is mainly Denny, they will be sadly missed

Wanted some extra plates and bowls to make our set complete and thankfully managed to get them, had to wait a few weeks for them but was kept informed when the delivery would be so excellent service as usual.
Thanks

I love Denby. We use the imperial blue for all our daily dishware needs. And I love that I can just hop on the site and order replacements or additional pieces. And it’s always fun seeing what new pieces they have - like pasta bowls. Shipments come right to the door within a week of ordering. Love it!

Fantastic products, well packaged. I hope you manage to stay in business. A true English quality product.

I've had Denby products for years. They might not appeal to everyone but for me there's no substitute and their products blend their way in to the tapestry of your life. Pretty bomb proof too. I'm very sorry they are experiencing the issues that they are currently. Sadly that impacted my delivery substantially, After 20 days there was no sign of dispatch or indication of when it might be. As this purchase was a gift, I had to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. Customer services were quick to respond to the cancellation so thanks for that.

As always beautiful products wrapped with care. Slightly delayed but very worth waiting for. The items were a present for my daughter who is at least a third generation Denby fan.

Excellent service. Always extremely happy with any product purchased from Denby. Their customer service is second to none as one item arrived damaged. As good as their wond, a replacement was sent and with me within the week. Brilliant! Thank you again.

Just received my new Denby dinner set. Absolutely beautiful. Everything must be done to save this wonderful company.

Received my lovely new Denby tableware yesterday. As usual, perfectly packaged. So sad that this wonderful company might not survive.

So easy to order. Was amazed at the ranges on offer. Just received my cups and small plates. I chose the starry design, they are quite magical. Excellent quality. Thank you Denby.

The quality of the griddle was top notch and I made some drop scones this morning for breakfast to my husband's delight!
The trivet was also perfect; heavy duty with non-slip stoppers and a lovely colour.
I was kept informed about delivery and the box arrived when promised with the items very well packed.
Thank you, Denby packers!

The company, despite all the financial/logistical problems kept me informed of the status of my order. I hope they can survive.

The most beautiful yet utilitarian stoneware on the market.

I am obsessed with their products.

Kept up to date all through the process. Beautiful glasses that were packed ensuring they would be safe. Love Denby and have signed your petition along with all my extended family. To good a product to fall.

I'm delighted with the order. The pots arrived safe and sound and look great.
