Fire pit ordered direct from Dellonda
We ordered a fire pit direct from Dellonda - it arrived “next day” as promised and we are delighted with it. It is sturdy, attractive in appearance and seems to be well made (made in China, but most things are). We like that it has a guard to catch the sparks, and having a lid that turns it into a coffee table is a really great additional feature. It also came with a cover.
We haven’t used the fire pit yet, but overall, it seems to be a great product, and Dellonda a great company to order from.

12ft pool
We bought ur 12ft round pool the other day and today we have set it up . Was filling it with water - luckily only just and we noticed water seaping through a hole near the seam ! Not at all happy

60 Litre Travel Fridge Freezer
We received our product a day earlier than stated from Amazon which was great. We unpacked the 60L Fridge/Freezer let it settle as per the instructions and it's working fantastic. Really pleased with the purchase and trialling it before we go on our monthly long adventure in the caravan.

ice cream
I purchased ice cream maker and on the ice cream setting it should count down from 60min to 0 but it count’s up and doesn’t stop. I have tried everything to fix this, leaving the power of for 5 minutes and restarting it. Still doesn’t work.
I have sent message to Dellonda now awaiting response and what they will do to rectify this. I don’t have the packaging that it came in!

Late order, no response to return request
Update: I have checked all folders and I have not received a response.
My order arrived a week later than originally communicated. Completely understand delays happen, however customers should be informed as soon as issues arise. I only discovered there was a delay after reaching out myself, having received no update three days after the expected delivery date. On top of this, one of the parts arrived damaged.
Because the order was late, I had to purchase an alternative elsewhere. I have since been trying to arrange a return to Dellonda, but despite following up, I have received no response for nearly a week.

POOL IS GREAT BUT LID AND FOOTPRINT NOT GOOD AT ALL
The delivery was advertised as next-day, but it actually took several days to arrive.
The pool itself is great, and I'm very happy with it. However, the footprint and lid are extremely disappointing. In the product photos, the lid appears to fit perfectly, but in reality it is poor quality and doesn't stay secure. It is so flimsy that even a slight bit of wind can move or damage it.
I've had to purchase a replacement lid separately, which has added to the overall cost. Had I known the quality of the footprint and lid was this poor, I would have bought the pool on its own.

I've taken a look and I can see your order was placed on Tuesday 26th May, this was just after the bank holiday weekend (23rd–25th), it was due to be dispatched the following working day once our warehouse reopened on Wednesday 27th. However, over the bank holiday period combined with a significant increase in orders due to the recent spell of extremely hot weather, we experienced our largest ever week in sales since launching in 2020. As a result, our warehouse team were working through a substantial backlog.
To help manage this, our warehouse staff have been working overtime and we have also brought in additional support to get orders out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this meant your order was dispatched on Friday rather than Wednesday. As it was sent on a next working day service, it was then delivered on Monday.
We do understand this is not the experience you were expecting and we are sorry for any frustration this caused. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continue to improve our service.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Dishwasher barely lasted 18 months! Only used once a week. Can’t help me as it only had a 1 year warranty! Absolutely appalling customer service. Seller on Amazon didn’t help. So I reached out to the manufacturer to be told basically tough. So I paid over £200 on a dishwasher over 5 months to be now taking it to the tip!

I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with the dishwasher and that it has failed after 18 months. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be.
As advised, the product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. The item was purchased on 9 October 2024, which unfortunately means it is now outside of the warranty period, and we are unable to offer a free of charge replacement or repair.
I do appreciate this won’t make your situation any easier, and I’m sorry we can’t assist further on this occasion.
That said, your comments regarding both the product reliability and the service you received are taken seriously, and I will ensure they are passed on to the relevant teams for review.

On web-site the hot tub I chose was on next day delivery. It took 5 days to be delivered with no real reason given. I wont be buying anything from this company again.

Had to cancel order after waiting over…
Had to cancel order after waiting over a week for delivery, when should have been next day delivery. Only one box came with pump and ladder.
However customer service was very helpful but won’t use this company again for anything else ever

95 Litre Dellonda Fridge Freezer for 2 happy campers
Ordered and delivered quickly this box is fantastic, you can use the 2 baskets in 1 compartment, you can choose which side to use as Fridge or Frèezer or use them both as a fridge or as freezer, you can swap lids to open which way you prefer, its chargeable by mains and 12v making this fantastic for none electric camping pitches as we can use our solar battery station from All Powers, the box is very quiet didn't hear it when in bed in the tent, we ordered the 95 Litre box and we got everything in and more for a week away for 2 ppl plus our x2 large dogs mince meat that has to be kept frozen and there was still space left, we threw nothing away and lost nothing to the bin which is nice to see and it was lovely not to have to go to the shop every other day, the box is very large and heavy when empty and needs 2 ppl to lift it, however it does have a handle and it is on wheels and for 2 ppl that suffer with lower back issues it's brilliant when extended out it takes the pressure off the spine so I advise you clip the handle and extend it.. you do need to turn it on day prior to using so it can get up to temprature prior to use as advised or it doesn't run as expected.. it does as it should and if you can fit this in your car it's worth every penny in the long run.. make sure you shop about for the best price as we did find it cheaper elsewhere!

Great Customer Service - Despite DHL incompetance !!
Great Customer Service from Dellonda.
Ordered late Monday night (after next day delivery cut-off time) for Wednesday delivery. Easy process.
Tracking number issued, so waited in all day Wednesday for delivery.
Followed designated courier - DHL ,
Sadly as my delivery got closer , DHL bailed & didnt deliver!!
Cue flurry of emails to Dellonda, who profusly apologised, communicated with DHL, who then resheduled delivery for the next day - Thursday.
Thursday came, DHL delivered - the patio heater cover - no heater!!.
When the DHL driver was questioned, "thats all I have for you"
Checked tracking number Thursday evening, the other package is still at Ipswich depot!
Cue telephone conversation on Friday with Dellonda customer service again, more apologies, but they were unable to contact DHL to see why they were so imcompetant on delivering.
No delivery Friday!, but Dellonda promised a 'Saturday delivery' upgrade.
Checked tracking number on Saturday - packages had been delivered !!
Suddenly ,mid Saturday morning 2nd package , a patio heater srrives, albeit 4 days late!
DHL you should be ashamed.
In all the delays, after leaving multiple comments via the DHL web, which states "we will respond to within 1 working day" absolutly no coms back from DHL & 1 week later, still waiting.
I even tried to call the local depot, but was unable to speak to anyone.
Overall ,full marks from Dellonda customer service for not dumping me and keeping the pressure on a dire DHL.
Oh ,and the heater works well, good instructions for assembly, kept us warm Sunday late night.
Don't let my bad experience (of DHL) put you off buying from these guys.
