A: We use a range of couriers depending on what you order. For orders dispatched with DHL or TNT we dispatch all orders received by 4:30pm on a next working day delivery - absolutely free of charge!

5 star customer service
I was helped by Zena and she was really great. I didn't know the name of the part I needed and it wasn't on the diagram of spare parts but she worked with me to figure it out and spoke with people in the know to make sure I got what I needed. It feels rare these days to find someone who'll go above and beyond that way so it feels extra amazing. I hope she gets a bonus because she's made me a loyal customer for life for all my kitchen gadgets.

Premium Gazeebo DS168
Purchased a premium gazeebo DS168 from amazon @£225 in 2023 and when unpacking the walls it was stuck together and ripping so needed to be replaced, used for 3 weeks. In 2024 it wasnt used. In 2025 it was up for about 6 weeks, then the top corners gave awat from friction and the poles came through. We dismatled and tried to purchase a replacement roof cover and got told to try in march 2026. Now in March 2026 being told no stock arrived and no planned delivery date, but when i go on the web page they have in stack and candeliver in 3 days. Would not recommend or say its a premium product.

We would like to clarify the timeline regarding this issue: you purchased this item in June 2023, meaning the 12-month warranty expired in June 2024. You first contacted us about the issue in June 2025, and we responded offering the option to purchase a replacement roof cover. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you until February 2026, by which time the replacement part had unfortunately gone out of stock.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we always aim to provide accurate stock information and assistance. While we understand your disappointment, we hope this context helps clarify the situation.

Recently brought a Gas BBQ
Recently brought a Gas BBQ, had plenty of back ground work before choosing and was enticed by the look and price. So glad I was as delivered in a few days and didn’t take long to assemble and be ready to use. What a change to buy a put together kit that has been machined properly. Highly recommend and customer service is great too

Shame about the energy rating but good build quality.
I think the build quality seems fine but it's a shame it doesn't have better insulation and a better energy rating.

Quick replacement of damaged wine cooler
Unfortunately the wine cooler had suffered damage from poor handling but this was quickly resolved by Dellonda replacing the next day.

Baridi Compact tumble drier
Took a chance on "Like New" from Amazon & so glad I did.Prompt delivery and in a pristine unmarked box. Very well packaged inside and the drier is totally unmarked, no dents or signs of being dismantled for refurb, so I believe this is brand New! Saved £20 with this as new purchase as opposed to full price of £149.99!!
Plugged in on test with a bath sheet set at 60 mins drying time. Very quiet in operation and towel was dry & fluffed up after the hour run (inc 20 cool air time)
Very pleased with this lil 850W compact drier - highly recommend

Outstanding Customer Service When It Really Mattered
Had a nightmare with DHL delivery (totally not Dellonda's fault), but Maddie at Dellonda was absolutely brilliant.
Responded immediately, tried to help contact DHL when they were unreachable, and when DHL refused to compensate for their failures, Dellonda stepped in with a significant goodwill gesture - even though the problem was entirely the courier's fault.
This is exceptional customer service. Most companies would say "courier problems aren't our responsibility." Dellonda said "our customer is frustrated, how can we help?"
The wine fridge is great, but what really impressed me was Dellonda taking responsibility for a problem that wasn't theirs to solve. That's the mark of an excellent company.
Maddie - thank you for being genuinely helpful and professional throughout. Will definitely shop here again.

The product is splendidA really good desk and good value
The product is splendid, well made in good material and cleverly designed, It does all that it says on the tin and more,.
But turning to the tin, the bow is huge and very heavy indeed, two strong memo bought it into my ground floor flat puffing and groaning u under the weight.
When the left I looked at it and decided that my octogenarian body would need help just to move it into position for unpacking and assembly.
Once opened (with help) the items were laid out well, the instructions clear and assembly straight forward. As above that done, I was delighted with the product.. But what to do with a very large box and all the packing materials. Our local bin men took one look and drove away. The council came to the rescue - reluctantly. All in all, a very good but at a reasonable price, now at the centre of my studio/office.
