Just a heads up that if you order through delivering parcel and they fail to order your item, you will have to contact them through WhatsApp and you won't get a full refund. Spent $146 and got $135 back.

Their response: "Stripe charges their payment gateway charges per transaction. Please contact your bank or stripe as we have refunded full amount from our side."

There was no disclosure about fees in relation to refunds. So be prepared to take a loss if their associate fails to purchase your item.

Reached out to buy four tamagotchis from leboncoin on November 11, 2024. The purchase wasn't completed within two days time like the site promised, but I reached out on their Whatsapp link on the website to ask about the order and the contractor finally purchased it. The leboncoin seller cancelled the purchase and put the listing back up for sale. Instead of alerting me the sale had fallen through, I had to reach out and ask about the status again. I decided instead of cancelling that I would be fine with the contractor in France helping me buy another item through leboncoin by sending in a purchase offer. Instead of telling me if that was or wasn't possible, the Whatsapp message fell into radio silence from when I asked if the other item could be purchased on November 24. I asked for a refund on November 30, well past their guarantee of the item being purchased within two business days. The owner of the site finally responded and asked for time to hear back from the contractor in France as it was now a weekend. I said that wasn't a big deal. No update for an entire week. Its now December 9, and I've been polite and waited. I asked for a refund again, as even if their contractor took the money and ran it doesn't absolve the seller of a responsibility for a refund. A business should be prepared for this sort of event. Its now December 11, when I asked for a refund on November 30, without a single response or update from the seller other than asking me to wait. This is my last hurrah trying to get a response from deliveringparcel before I'm forced to file a charge back. Lack of communication is abysmal.

Edit: Finally got a refund, so I'm willing to up this from one star to three. Don't think this website is a scam, but getting responses can be difficult if something goes wrong with your order.

I ordered Solberg & Hansen Chai Mix (25 bags for $250; <2kg weight) from Norway and they were promptly delivered within 3 weeks to the US. The company ordered the items and took care of packaging and shipping for a reasonable price (extra $110 for services). I will continue ordering from Delivering Parcel for my overseas goods.

The package was deliverd without any problems but was damaged. I don't know if this happened when it was send to the Deliveringparcel agent or when it was forwarded to me. Also my creditcard was charged twice. I tried to contact Deliveringparcel several times but I didn't receive an answer.

Highly professional + a very good communication. Very good service.

09.09.24 Update: After contacting the company, they were able to track my package down and sent it to me. So I received my items and am satisfied.

Highly recommended to anyone wanting to purchase goods from the USA to the UK

This is the second time to use deliveringparcel. This time too, the shipment was from Spain to Japan and the same shipper was in charge. Last time, Response was prompt and everything went well, but this time, it was difficult to get in touch with the shipper.
Then, I had to contact deliveringparcel directly by chat on the website. Phone calls or emails were not so functional.
Eventually, I could receive the item safely today and I appreciate the shipper. It would be better if I can contact the shipper more easily and promptly, otherwise I get nervous if everything is ok or not.

Super great, not too expensive. I ordered political items from the Netherlands to the USA and it worked great.

I've been looking at a way to get items that won't ship outside the US for awhile. I thought this website might be the solution. It wasn't.

The website is very confusing and there's no clear explanations of what to do. There was also multiple spelling mistakes on the site which was a bit of a red flag but the positive reviews made me carry on.

I managed to figure out what to do and a guy in Texas offered to ship the item for me. I paid him the delivery fee, ordered the item to go to his address and all was well. Item was dispatched via USPS and had tracking. On the day of delivery USPS said the address didn't exist and the item would be returned to sender.

Contacted the guy who offered to send the item - no response. Contacted DeliveringParcel - also, no response.

I'll have taken the hit on what I paid to the guy in Texas but will get the money back for the item I ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS as there is no buyer protection.

Edit (to respond) : I checked the location that the person in Texas gave and it leads to an empty looking apartment complex on Google Maps. Plus, the seller has still not responded to the incorrect address (yet he replied to previous messages).

I used the 'Contact Us' section on the site and didn't receive a response. Yet I put a Trust Pilot review up and received a response within hours. The review would have been more favourable (as the service is a great idea) if I didn't have to air my issues publicly to get a response.

Edit 2 : It's now been 5 days and 2 emails (to the address posted by Deliveringparcel) and no response yet the Trustpilot response appeared within hours. They claim that they'll refund on a second attempted delivery but USPS have refused a second delivery as the address provided doesn't exist.

Fake, scam company that's more interested in their public image than they are in delivering a service.

Got a package forwarded from a location that isn't supported by bigger well-known forwarders. Made a request and got an offer on the same day. Took a few days for the shipper to respond but once on the way it got delivered quickly. Website is simple but everything worked in my case. Can recommend.

Ordered a discontinued item that can only be found on a website that ships to Denmark and Sweden. So many other services didn't have any connections in Denmark or Sweden so I really struggled before I happened upon this site. It does look a bit sketchy and bare bones from the outset, and I really had to rely on the reviews to go with them. And seeing as I couldn't get this item anywhere else on the internet, I kind of had to take a chance. But honestly my experience was great and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs help getting something shipped to them in the states. Especially from Denmark or Sweden. They really came through and got me my item.

I live in Peru. I ordered an special edition book that arrived today from vietnam without any problem, except for communication and updates before shipping. It took almost 1 month since I paid for the product.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the US and got it delivered to Denmark. The chat feature is kinda useless I think, since they dont really read the messages there, but they can be easily contacted via email.

Ok, first order, so far so good. I was looking for a very rare pair of boots, and found it from a seller in Norway. At this point, only deliveringparcel can provide the service to buy the item for me. Bit the bullet, navigating their page that looks like a good scam site. I sent a request, paid for their service, then started documenting everything just in case I need it. After 3 weeks, the item arrived as advertised. Massive thanks to my shipper from Norway.

YES, their service is legit despite the wonky site with its misspellings. I would really really suggest to fix up the site. Other than that I'll be using deliveringparcel again and hope they have a registered shipper from other countries. (will update reviews as needed)
