The guy is unresponsive, the web platform is horrible, my shipment got stuck in clearance and i got no support from the platform, no forwarded document requests, no nothing. Ah, and the payment is required beforehand, unlike most competing services.

Ordered an item in Europe. Post office sent me multiple notifications that the item needed to be picked up by a certain date. I contacted the associate assigned to my purchase several times, and received no reply. I tried to contact Delivery Parcel several times, and received no reply. Finally, after 2 weeks, I threatened to report them to my credit card company, and FINALLY received an update from the associate, who was "sick" for 2 two weeks but replied immediately once I threatened to escalate the situation. Delivery Parcel STILL didn't bother to write me back with updates or explanations of any kind. So, it seems like I'll eventually receive my item after all, but don't count on any kind of support from anyone if anything goes wrong. Not worth the hassle and the risk of losing the money spent on the purchased item. Would not use again.

feels that they are scam. had to mail them several times so the person pick up my parcel at the last day before sending it back.
but almost a month after that pick up , they do not reply to the email and i don't have any info about my delivery.
feel not good as total order was for about 500 euro

Are they a scam? No, but they freaking suck! I ordered a parcel to the adress given, the person that was supposed to pick it up failed to do so and the company sent it back, despite me providing all needed information. The original company gave me a partial refund and they offered two option: either get a refund or reship it to them with promised better communication. I am in the process of resolving this so I may update my reviw later, but I find it unacceptable to fail this badly on the one job I am paying you to do.
I believe it should be on them to pay for the re-shipment at this point as it was clearly their mess-up. I was willing to give them a shot despite the complains regarding delays as I really wanted to get that product as a gift for someone important to me, but this is simply insane.

I am glad to be able finally post a happy review here! I have tried many times to order books from Bokkilden (a Norwegian bookstore), which offers international delivery but still couldn’t actually provided it. So, I also asked ChatGPT about a solution and it recommended this service. I placed an order on DeliveringParcel and almost immediately got an offer. We discussed details with the sender, but unfortunately after I accepted the offer communication got worse (as someone has already mentioned here). I was a bit nervous but after many worried messages I got a calming reply. Finally, after 2 weeks of waiting for the parcel and a month from placing the order I have gotten the books, safe and sound. Encouraged by this success, I have placed other orders for delivering books from Finland but unfortunately I haven’t got any offer yet (and it has been a week since the first one). So, this is a great service if you are lucky enough to order from a place with eager senders and to the place they are willing to send. Anyway, I am happy I have tried it, the result is worth all the worries.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SERVICE!! I tried to obtain a part for my motorcycle that was located in Belgium and wouldn’t ship to the US. DelivernParcel sent me a quote for $180 for my $50 part. They broke down the payment as $50 for the part, $45 for shipping, $25 for customs $65 for personal and the rest for miscellaneous charges. Finally after almost 3 weeks, “my personal” shopper contacted me and said he was refusing to send me the item unless I gave him more money. WTF? They generated a proposal, i accepted it, I paid the money, then at the last minute they try and squeeze you for more and use your package as leverage. I’ve yet to receive a refund. They went to radio silent and made off with my money. DO NOT fall victim to this trap!!

Superb and essential service! I wanted an obscure Dutch movie and needed English subtitles. ChatGPT found me a source located in The Netherlands but they ship only to NL & Belgium. DP arranged purchase through Germany, verified receipt photographically, and shipped successfully to the US. Thanks to DP I don't have to go to Europe to buy things I can't find here.

I just received my order from Pakistan to the USA in less than 3 weeks. They did the ordering process and I was kept updated, I received the photos and then a tracking number. It was super easy, and the cost was very fair. I will be a return customer. Thank you!

I opted for the purchase & ship option. I was notified when the goods were purchased (within 1 day) and shipped 1 day later (Within Europe). I tracked the shipment via the shipping company. Everything went smoothly. I note other comments about communication - I never needed to contact Delivering Parcels

I paid a premium price for Deliveringparcel to purchase and forward an item. They were very responsive during the time where they were trying to win my business. After the order was placed, the communication was nil except for a request for the delivery address - though this had already been provided in the order registration process.

ISSUES
1. I tried sending a message via their "Contact Us" page twice - no response.
- I also
* sent an email to the address posted on their website - info-at-deliveringparcel.com. No response.
* tried the UK phone number posted on their web site eight times - appears to be disconnected.

2. There was no communication during the shipping process. While others posted that they received order tracking details, I received none.

The package arrived, but the level of service was not commensurate with the price. They should improve their level of customer communication.

I ordered a pair of sparkle jeans through DeliveringParcel.com from Romania on 25/4 and received them on 2/6. The jeans are great, and I really appreciated that the business took the time to double-check the size and my postal address to make sure everything was correct!

Overall, I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again. Just keep in mind that it’s not a super fast shipping process, so plan ahead if you need your order by a specific date.

I ordered a simple parcel forwarding through Delivering Parcel on April 11, 2025. The seller shipped quickly, and the package was received by their representative Shoaib Ayub on April 16. From there, it took almost three weeks before the parcel was handed over to the courier – and it was immediately marked “on hold – in branch” by the carrier in Madrid.

Shoaib did respond to messages, but it didn’t result in any progress, and Delivering Parcel's customer service has been completely absent. For a service that cost me over 500 NOK, I expected far better communication and reliability.

This feels more like a messy side hustle run by private individuals than a professional forwarding service. Avoid – not worth the time or money.

Jeg bestilte en enkel videresending gjennom Delivering Parcel 11. april 2025. Selgeren sendte pakken raskt, og den ble mottatt av deres representant Shoaib Ayub allerede 16. april. Derfra tok det nesten tre uker før pakken ble sendt videre – og da ble den straks satt på "on hold – in branch" hos transportøren i Madrid.

Shoaib har svart på henvendelser, men det har ikke ført til særlig fremgang, og kundeservice har ikke svart i det hele tatt. For en tjeneste jeg betalte over 500 kroner for, forventer jeg langt bedre oppfølging.

Dette virker mer som en rotete småtjeneste drevet av privatpersoner enn en profesjonell løsning. Styr unna – ikke verdt verken ventetiden eller pengene.
