Took an order for delivery on Mother's Day and sent it via a carrier who doesn't deliver on Sundays, so they were knowingly deceitful. Customer service is woeful. Not worth the money. Shop elsewhere.

Flowers sent to my elderly mum on mother's day, no water, a day late so had wilted. Several stems didn't make it . Let them know and was told to send photographic evidence. Mum had already thrown away the dead stems and I live 500 miles away. I'm not going to ask her to send me photos. Disgraceful service! Won't use again

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to this time to let people know to avoid this company at all costs. I made the rookie mistake of reading reviews after purchasing .I ordered 2 bunches of flowers for mother's day one for my mum and the other for my aunt. My mum's flowers arrived on the Thursday rather than the Sunday which I specifically selected (it does say online it may arrive early) by Thursday night/Friday morning these flowers were almost dead. My aunt's flowers also arrived on the Thursday. They looked absolutely nothing like what they looked like online. I have emailed this Company twice and not had any reply. The customer service is absolutely shocking I've been putting off phoning them as reading the rest of the reviews people don't get anywhere with that either but I'm going to need to phone them. I will never order from these scammers again.

The worst company I have ever come across! Took my full money and did not send half of my items! When it comes to customer support I had to explain the same thing in 3 emails before I got an answer for why my items did not arrive dispite being very clear in the first email! Shows lack of care and attention to customers! It had been over a week I have been going back and forth for the same Situation and you still have all my money and I don’t have my items! What kind of company is this! Absolute robbery! Never use them absolute thieves and frauds!

I begrudge giving 1 star. I am so disgusted with the way UNdelightful Flora are treating people. I reach out for a response on Facebook and they blocked me. Tried ringing a million times and never get an answer or call back. Emailed via their website message service and still no response. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!
They are scammers who took our money for a so called "LARGE" bouquet of flowers and delivered 10 half dead poxy things that I could have had from the local petrol station for 3quid or less. Probably could have found better in a cemetery bin to be totally honest. Under delivered and over sold! They refuse to take any accountability or even respond to any for of our contact efforts. I have been in touch with trading standards the sun news paper the daily mirror and many more media outlets. Please avoid at all cost!! You will be ripped off and left very disappointed! Mothers day was a big let down thanks to the pathetic attempt at sending a "LARGE" bouquet. I will not rest untill i get a response and a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and paid extra for premium delivery to ensure it arrived on time, it arrived 2 days late.

When the bouquet finally arrived, it was in a shocking condition. The flowers were DEAD on arrival, with visible FUNGI, damaged and hole-ridden leaves, and overall extremely poor quality.It looked NOTHING like the pictures . Some key flowers, including the large-headed red roses, were missing entirely.

I paid for a large bouquet, but what was delivered was small, sparse, and nowhere near the value or appearance shown on the website. Even the presentation was careless, the card looked like it had been poorly stuck on as an afterthought.

I tried to call customer services nobody answered. Tried to email them and I still haven’t received a response.

This is not just disappointing, it is completely misleading and unacceptable, especially given the premium price charged. Both the product and service failed on every level. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Took an order paid priority shipping for a Mother’s Day package flowers balloon etc took three days to turn up totally missed the day then refused to refund me what’s the point of ticking a day you want the flowers delivered on and paying priority to make sure they are delivered on time . Would never use this company again and they stopped answering emails when asked for a refund

I ordered flowers for Mothers day all in good time, however, they never arrived. When I queried where they were they blamed Royal Mail saying they would be 1-3 days later than planned. I waited but they still didn't turn up. I wont be using them again

Ordered flowers and a side gift of wine and a box of chocolates, almost £40 for this service for Mother's Day.
The order arrived at my mother's home but instead of a sizeable box of chocolates for £15.00 and a small bottle of Zinfandel rose wine, the chocolates being bigger than the dairy milk bar they sent in its place and conveniently is now no longer an option on their website.
So I sent a message via their website on Mother's Day, 15th March 202, as soon as I seen their error. No reply.
They sent me an email to leave a review on each the flowers and wine/chocolate add on. You click on "send review" and it takes you to their home page with no place on how to leave a review but conveniently placed as a tab on the side of the screen to read all the glowing reviews and again now way to leave a review. Can only conclude that all those reviews are fake.
So I sent a message over to them once received that email dated 16th March 2026 (conveniently the day straight after delivery wanting another glowing review to add to the fake ones on website) via the website "contact" tab... No reply.
Sent another message via their "contact" tab today, Wednesday 18th March 2026. Not expecting a response. Wrong order and no customer service other than to illicit a review which you cannot even do on their website, hence why I am here to leave a review.
Just wish I had come to Trustpilot as I usually do before ordering from them. Stupid me was in a rush and only read the fake reviews on their website.

Do not make the same mistake I did.

Delivered a day later than promised, flowers were wilted and a lot less than the "large" bouquet I ordered, utter rubbish. Don't ever order from this company.

Misleading postage, payed premium for Mother’s Day. Flowers arrived late and were of a poor quality given the price. Emailed company but they emailed the small print which was far from clear when I payed that flowers may be delivered 3 days early or late. Will not be using this company again, poor customer service.

Flowers arrived two days late. Tracking number didn’t even work. Said they would be delivered for Mother’s Day

I ordered the lollypop star for mothers day and theu havent yet been delivered.
I have emailed this company twice and phoned but no answer to see if they could advise where the flowers are.
I wont be using these again a refund is needed i think.

Rubbish customer service and they lie the date on their website l bought flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day as the website date then it was delivered 2 days after Mother’s Day and the flowers look shrivelled pathetic customer service they told me that; The order is due to be delivered within our line of delivery policy which by the way is not on the website for customers to see. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from this pathetic flower shop if l could l would give them 0 star.

2 days late now! Dear knows if or when they'll be delivered.. Shocking service when they live 2 mins away from the delivery address and £5:99 was paid for delivery 🙄
Ill be make some paper flowers next time as this company is unreliable 💔

Never arrived on the day they said they would and trying to contact them is an absolute joke , avoid and save your money terrible service !!!!

Was a surprise sent to me by my elderly mum.
She spent £26 on 12 roses 4 of the pink had already died the red roses the petals had fallen of.
Very dispatched as my mum spent money on them.
She was let down I so was I.
Company sent me another bunch of pink roses not like the ones my mum ordered.
These were small not worth the money at all
Oh one of the roses was broke.
Came by royal mail.
I have complained again.
Waiting to see what they say this time.

Absolutely terrible service, my best friend has lost her dad and I wanted to send her a sympathy bouquet and card.they put the wrong address in and I contacted them via email and phone and have not even had a reply.no Idea where my order is ?.
I will never use this florist delivery service again because they obviously have no idea what they are doing and are unprofessional.no flowers received by anyone today so they are obviously scamming people.
