Ordered flowers and a side gift of wine and a box of chocolates, almost £40 for this service for Mother's Day.
The order arrived at my mother's home but instead of a sizeable box of chocolates for £15.00 and a small bottle of Zinfandel rose wine, the chocolates being bigger than the dairy milk bar they sent in its place and conveniently is now no longer an option on their website.
So I sent a message via their website on Mother's Day, 15th March 202, as soon as I seen their error. No reply.
They sent me an email to leave a review on each the flowers and wine/chocolate add on. You click on "send review" and it takes you to their home page with no place on how to leave a review but conveniently placed as a tab on the side of the screen to read all the glowing reviews and again now way to leave a review. Can only conclude that all those reviews are fake.
So I sent a message over to them once received that email dated 16th March 2026 (conveniently the day straight after delivery wanting another glowing review to add to the fake ones on website) via the website "contact" tab... No reply.
Sent another message via their "contact" tab today, Wednesday 18th March 2026. Not expecting a response. Wrong order and no customer service other than to illicit a review which you cannot even do on their website, hence why I am here to leave a review.
Just wish I had come to Trustpilot as I usually do before ordering from them. Stupid me was in a rush and only read the fake reviews on their website.

Do not make the same mistake I did.

Ordered 9/1/26- still no food

I have been with this company for years for my dogs food, have it on subscription as I am disabled so can't manage to shop for it. For at least 6 months my orders are always "delayed" I ordered 9/1/26 and I still don't have the order. DHL have somehow lost original and second order and now it has been sent through EVRI on Friday and still no food. This taking into account how long it took me to get through to Forthglade and be listened to. I do not think a £20 credit is enough on a £90 order that is now
15 days late. I am already out of pocket £30 on food plus family members fuel to get this to me. They were given plenty opportunity to sort it and haven't. Maybe should look at your courier services and your ability to answer queries many of which were online as you don't answer your phones when lines are apparently open, your automated system would just cut me off.

I’m so sorry to read this, and you are absolutely right to feel frustrated — this is not acceptable, particularly given you rely on your subscription and have been with us for so many years.

I’ve only just personally picked this up after it was passed to me, and I’m genuinely sorry that it took this long for you to feel properly listened to. Multiple delays, lost parcels and having to source food elsewhere — especially when you’re disabled — is simply not the level of service we expect to provide.

I’m now taking ownership of your case and will be in direct contact to ensure this is fully resolved and that you are not left out of pocket. I’ve also escalated your experience to our senior delivery management team so this can be properly reviewed.

Thank you for raising this — and again, I’m very sorry we let you down.

Poor communication originally but mechanic who replaced him was professional and friendly

The original mechanic that was meant to come out didn't so much as phone me to let me know anything so waited most of day without communication but Dylan called to say he was coming out instead and would be there within the hour, which he was, fixed issue promptly and was professional and friendly.

Excellent service at the Fort Kinnaird…

Excellent service at the Fort Kinnaird branch, despite experiencing difficulties with their systems the girls went out their way to do what they could, after a bit of a wait we were able to order and buy what we went in for. Didnt mind the wait one bit as the girls were all so nice and chatty, very pleasant staff, customer service top notch. Rare these days, thoroughly impressed.
