Ordered flowers and a side gift of wine and a box of chocolates, almost £40 for this service for Mother's Day.
The order arrived at my mother's home but instead of a sizeable box of chocolates for £15.00 and a small bottle of Zinfandel rose wine, the chocolates being bigger than the dairy milk bar they sent in its place and conveniently is now no longer an option on their website.
So I sent a message via their website on Mother's Day, 15th March 202, as soon as I seen their error. No reply.
They sent me an email to leave a review on each the flowers and wine/chocolate add on. You click on "send review" and it takes you to their home page with no place on how to leave a review but conveniently placed as a tab on the side of the screen to read all the glowing reviews and again now way to leave a review. Can only conclude that all those reviews are fake.
So I sent a message over to them once received that email dated 16th March 2026 (conveniently the day straight after delivery wanting another glowing review to add to the fake ones on website) via the website "contact" tab... No reply.
Sent another message via their "contact" tab today, Wednesday 18th March 2026. Not expecting a response. Wrong order and no customer service other than to illicit a review which you cannot even do on their website, hence why I am here to leave a review.
Just wish I had come to Trustpilot as I usually do before ordering from them. Stupid me was in a rush and only read the fake reviews on their website.
Do not make the same mistake I did.
