What a joke!
Ordered flowers for Mothers Day and paid extra for 'premium' delivery. Flowers didnt arrive, and still haven't arrived 3 days later. Have emailed and called and no reply to my messages.
Have since read this via Google - wish I'd seen it earlier!....Reviews for Delightful Flora (delightfulflora.co.uk) are predominantly negative, with many customers reporting poor flower quality, significantly smaller bouquets than advertised, and failed delivery dates. While some users report beautiful flowers and good value, a large number express disappointment, citing wilted, brown, or incorrect items.
