Visited Norwich store.
Clean & tidy.
Staff sounded cheerfull whilst I was shopping round.
Lady went the extra mile to help me & was friendly when paying.

Placed an order with Deichmann ( Nike Trainers ) and when the order arrived it was completely two different trainers, so was disappointed but refund was very prompt.

Placed an order with Deichman. Paid for shoes and delivery. Evri were delivering. Evri said they had delivered. They had not. I have CCTV , I was also in the house. No delivery. I contacted Deichman to say I have not received the shoes. Sent two emails up to now. They have not even replied. They have my money. I have no shoes.

Order came quick. 4-5 days. Returns were easy, as could be returned to any store. I managed to find in store what I was looking for actually. I love the prices, as they are really good especially in sale.

Placed order in store as no size in stock. Waited 5 days nothing arrived, contacted for a refund was advised will be in my account 3/5 days. Week later still nothing. Contacted them again and again. Causing inconvenience to me having to go out again shoe shopping (men hate to shop) expense on fuel and time. . I’m still waiting on my money back and no compensation offered for poor experience

Fast delivery

Bought a pair of Mary Janes from here for my birthday. Wore then once indoors and they totally totalled my feet. I could hardly walk in them and I only wore them for 2 hours. Tried to return them telling the manager that they were only worn indoors and how they hurt my feet and she gave me a gift card. Why would I want a gift card I want my money back I only wore them 2 hours indoors!! I could never wear them again cause of the agony. The audacity Deichmanns have for selling a terribly made shoe and then not allowing refunds is disgusting. Will never be returning here again.

I went with my husband to Deichmann store at Lewisham Shopping centre on Sunday. The service provided by Juliana was great. She was very patient and explained everything regarding the boots conservation. She was smiling and was so natural, things you barely see when you shop. No fuss, no fake smiles just a pure and naturally great customer service. The way we really like. Thank you, Juliana. You will definitely find us coming back to this store!

Although certain ranges seem smaller in size than others, I can usually buy from Deichmann knowing that they'll just fit. However, some boots I wanted weren't in my local store so I ordered online.

Unfortunately they didn't fit properly, but for one reason or another it was about 10-weeks before I could return them. I expected hassle but there was no problem whatsoever, the return was accepted and my card immediately credited in full.

Affordable shoes and the shop worker was kind and respectful.

Ordered online and they sent me a used pair of boots. Went to retun them and the sales attend was asking me 2hat shop sent me items...the online shop..is online order...what can I know more..

The service is not existent and the shop is a bomb site and you can't find anything
