Decode My Radio went the extra mile to ensure they got my radio code sorted with an easy payment system via paypal so I was comfortable using there service, I purchased the car radio via Ebay so I didn't have the registration number or vin number as I explained to them, the solution was for me to send pictures of the radio and came through and found the code, an outstanding service company to deal with

Svar fra Decode My Radio
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
We understand how frustrating it can be waiting for a radio code, particularly when you're eager to get your radio working again.
To clarify, Volkswagen radio codes are not always available instantly, as some require additional processing through our suppliers. An estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout, and your order confirmation email also explained that delivery times can vary, particularly during evenings and weekends.
We're pleased to confirm that your radio code has now been successfully delivered.
We sincerely apologise that our communication did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of keeping customers informed and always aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible.
We're a genuine business committed to helping our customers get their radios working again, and we take all feedback seriously.
We hope your radio is now working perfectly.
Best regards,
Decode My Radio Team
