Very simple process to follow
Very simple process to follow, and worked. Not as expensive as I thought it might be, but pricey enough even after a 50% discount. Still, I needed it and was very straight forward

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. My car had been in the garage for a service, the audio was disconnected and I couldn't find the key code to reset it anywhere. Not even in the manual!
Checked online, Renault dealer wanted £14.99 for the same details "Decode my Radio" were offering for £8.95.
I was a bit sceptical at first, but filled in my vehicle details, paid the fee and my code was emailed to me in minutes! And it works too!! My car media system and satnav are all accessible and working again! Yay! I'm very pleased and will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you 😊

We’re sorry to see this review, but we’d like to clarify the timeline.
While your order was still being processed, we offered you a refund. You chose to continue waiting for the code instead, so we proceeded with the order and supplied the code as requested.
It was only after the code had been delivered that you contacted us again to say you had obtained it elsewhere and wanted a refund.
We always try to deal with customers fairly, but we feel the review above does not reflect the full sequence of events.
