Gemma was exceptionally helpful, supportive, and professional throughout. We have now exchanged and are due to complete on 12 June, which is also our moving date. I had an issue with my billing and then an encounter with costumer service
I had an encounter with customer service after my energy bill was messed up by internal changes in the accounts at data energy.
I spoke to Cerease. She was great. Solved the issue in 10 minutes.
I was not impressed that my account codings were changed and that ended up in payments being messed up.
But customer service by Cerease was great. Thank you.

I had some confusion regarding my bill so I phoned customer service and spoke to Cerease. She was very helpful, explained everything and helped me make the payment.
