Ordered a low cut mens vest medium. Bad ass vest but didnt fit quite right.. requested a return and Jason got a large right out. Was taken back by how quickly they responded and handled it.
First, I do love these mitts. I didn't see that the inner lining is actually a glove, which was a bit of a surprise, and kinda works against the idea of a mitten. That said, it's no problem to operate... Vis mer

Won't Fix Bill!
I returned an item but they still will not take off the bill on an app called Shop. I have sent FedEx confirmation pictures confirming.They received the item back , but they will still not fix this bill. Their customer service is virtually non-existent.When it comes to returns or exchanges.I cannot recommend buying anything from them at this point. Don't believe their reply,it's a lie. They ignored me for a month or longer. It taught me to be leery of all merchants on here now.I honestly believe if I didn't have a picture confirming they received helmet back they would have still tried to make me pay for it,even though they had it.Stay away from this company!

I have been trying to get a replacement…
I have been trying to get a replacement item and can't seem to get any answers on it. I return my item and requested a replacement in a different size. I have not heard anything since the return was received. I called but could not get any answers other than it will be shipped out soon. It's been several weeks now and I have not received my replacement item. And I have not received the difference as a refund to my credit card

Love the looks of them but I always wash before wear and some of the sequins already came off and was disappointed with that but I still love them very comfortable

I ordered a Harley Knight vest, the quality is absolutely amazing. 100% worth every penny. I ordered an XL, im 6 foot, very lean 190lbs. It was a tad too big. I ended up working with Jason Butler with customer service and he got me the return label prompt and proper. Great product, great people, great experience. 10/10 will be purchasing from this brand again. Thank you!

The product quality is good
The product quality is good, but shipping was a bit complicated.
I ordered a product about 6 months ago, but the original shipment got delayed for 3–4 months due to courier issues. To resolve this, the company generously sent a replacement order from Pakistan, which I received after paying the customs fees. Eventually, the original delayed shipment also arrived, and I paid for it as well.
I tried contacting customer support regarding the payment for the delayed item, but unfortunately, I received no response. Overall, the product quality is solid and acceptable, but communication and shipping logistics could definitely be improved.

The original shipment was dispatched from our warehouse to Saudi Arabia but unfortunately became lost in transit. While we were working to locate it, we arranged a replacement shipment directly from our production facility to make sure you received your order without further delay.
Interestingly, the original shipment was eventually delivered as well, meaning you received both the original and replacement orders. However, you were charged for only one order, and we were happy for you to keep the additional shipment.
We sincerely apologize for the communication gap and the complications caused by the shipping process. We appreciate your patience throughout the situation and value your feedback as we continue improving our shipping and customer-support processes.

I bought leathers from them the chaps lasted for 100,000 miles. and they are still in good shape. I lost a lot of weight so I needed new ones. The new ones feel great and the quality feels great. When I need new motorcycle leathers I will buy from Daniel Smart
