The jacket was well build and looked good, but buying online sometimes has its drawbacks, for me the jacket was really heavy, so I decided to return it. Jason helped me out and the return of process went smoothly!

I ordered a jacket 2xl which the size…
I ordered a jacket 2xl which the size was to small so I placed another order for a 3xl. That size was not big enough either. Now I have 2 jackets that I can't wear. Your return policy says that it must be in the original container plus other stuff that I didn't understand. Trying to stuff the jacket back into the bag it came in I believe is impossible. Fast delivery
Fast delivery love the product I just wish they made 9 inch. I’ve got fat feet. But I was able to do a temp fix on it with a thin black zip tie. When you get 9 inches let me know right away I’ll buy it. Other then that love the product

communication is great, the team contacted me regularly for updates and follow through. friendly, helpful, easy to work with. great job.
The interior gun pocket liner are of poor material quality. it feels like plastic and is disappointing for a custom made vest.
a person called me and asked me for glove sizes and belt engraving as free gifts for having a custom vest made. I never recieved these items.

Jason Butler is excellent in every category when it comes to taking care of a customer, he goes over the limit to assist. He helped me purchase the leather products that met my exact criteria, he was over the top with helpfulness, then the US Post Office lost my package. Jason Butler helped me do “everything” to file claim with Post Office, then the items I ordered were out of stock, then Jason Butler helped me find better replacements and then shipped to me through UPS (not the Post Office)
This isn’t first time Jason Butler has helped me, he’s been great at helping with all the leather products they have. He has always been helpful , especially with the description of different types and thickness of leather.
I get compliments on my leather 3 leather jackets often, the quality matches the very expensive leather shops.

Returned poor quality item
I ordered the jacket on August 6th, received it September 23. From what I understood they had to make the jacket, ship it from wherever their manufacturer is and then ship it from their Baltimore facility. The wait was all good until I received an item that could not be zipped up fully without issues with the collar lapels and the lower lapels were not cut for full use either. I put in to return the item the same day.

The leather was fantastic
The leather was fantastic. The sizing was pretty true to size, and the leather comes already broken in which gives it a comfortable feel and cool look.
I didnt receive confirmation or shipping information but the customer service rep Jason butler was very responsive and helpful. We got our leather just in time for the event. Will be buying from again

Won't Fix Bill!
I returned an item but they still will not take off the bill on an app called Shop. I have sent FedEx confirmation pictures confirming.They received the item back , but they will still not fix this bill. Their customer service is virtually non-existent.When it comes to returns or exchanges.I cannot recommend buying anything from them at this point. Don't believe their reply,it's a lie. They ignored me for a month or longer. It taught me to be leery of all merchants on here now.I honestly believe if I didn't have a picture confirming they received helmet back they would have still tried to make me pay for it,even though they had it.Stay away from this company!

I have been trying to get a replacement…
I have been trying to get a replacement item and can't seem to get any answers on it. I return my item and requested a replacement in a different size. I have not heard anything since the return was received. I called but could not get any answers other than it will be shipped out soon. It's been several weeks now and I have not received my replacement item. And I have not received the difference as a refund to my credit card
