After I submitted my order, I was kept up to date on the status of the order and the delivery. The items were delivered promptly and the order was 100% correct. What more can you ask for, right?

I ordered the wrong size T-shirt and inquired about returning it for the correct size. Customer service rep said don’t bother, keep it and we’ll ship you a new shirt in the correct size for the cost of handling/shipping! Unbelievable and much appreciated.
