I bought a Daewoo Smartwatch from a shop and had a problem with the charge cable so I emailed their Contact Us and received a swift message back asking for my details and my purchase details and when I had supplied the details I was informed that they had dispatched a replacement to me and a few days later it was here !

Ordered May 20th, told it had been dispatched. 9 days later the carrier still hasn’t received the item. I have asked to cancel the order and for a full refund. NO RESPONSE! The telephone number isn’t recognised either.
Ideal for small kitchens, good quality and good price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. .I purchased a kettle which has broke after just 6 months and contacted customer service who informs me that they will not replace or refund the kettle have contacted trading standards as this company just rip off customers with shoddy goods .

Hassle free, fast delivery. I really love this combination microwave air fryer, in my opinion it's excellent. One minor thing, I didn't take too much notice of the dimensions, it's big! So I would recommend double checking the measurements.

My Daewoo air fryer ceased to function correctly, so I dug out the relevant paperwork to discover my 2.5 year old appliance was covered by Daewoo's 3 year warranty . I contacted Daewoo's helpline and after submitting a detailed response of the fault and a few photos Daewoo offered to replace my appliance with a brand new up to date equivalent model.
Throughout this exchange Daewoo have been understanding, kind and courteous. A truly 5star response to my problem.
I cannot thank Daewoo customer help services enough.

EDIT: I have just received a call from customer service who is now sending out the missing parts.
Situation now resolved and star rating amended. ORIGINAL: I purchase the new Microwave airfryer. The airfryer shelf/basket was missing from my order. I have been contacting them since 15/04/2026 and still have had no replacement or updates. You can't even call them and the live chat doesn't work. Very disappointed?!!
I have replied the emails with the requested photos and you state you haven't received them! It would be far easier to speak to someone.

After a serious leak flooded the downstairs of our house, I purchased the Daewoo 30L Dehumidifier to help dry out the affected area. Overall, I’m very pleased with its performance. It’s currently extracting around 400ml of moisture per day, which might not sound like much at first, but given that the space has a concrete floor covered with ceramic tiles, drying conditions are far from ideal. In that context, it’s doing a solid and consistent job.
One of the standout features is how easy it is to use. It’s genuinely plug-and-play—no complicated setup or confusing controls, which was a huge relief during an already stressful situation.
That said, there is one design flaw worth mentioning. The water tank includes a long, narrow viewing window that’s meant to show the water level, but in practice, it’s too opaque to be useful. I often had to remove the tank entirely just to check how full it was, which is a bit inconvenient.
As for the purchasing experience, everything went smoothly. The ordering process was straightforward and professional, delivery was prompt, and I appreciated being kept informed throughout.
All things considered, despite the minor issue with the water level window, this dehumidifier has proven to be a reliable and effective solution for a challenging drying job.

Bought a 16l dehumidifier from ASDA George. The first two units were faulty and had to be returned, the 3rd worked for 18 months until the display and control buttons stopped working. Daewoo would not help, because I had not registered for their extended warranty. Shoddy products and poor customer service.

Received counter top oven next day after order.
It wouldn't fit where I wanted so asked for return.
Deawoo replied straight away that they would have item picked up on a day to suit me.
My son managed to reposition oven and it is working very well.
Very happy.
