Purchased an airfryer. However, after 3 months, the electronic panel started to glitch and I had to return it. Whilst it cooked the food well, the fact that it started playing up after such a short period is concerning. Not recommended. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the ninja airfryer

We bought Daewoo dual drawers 9 Liter air fryer from Lidl. We think that Daewoo is a South Korean company and will have some quality like Samsung and LG. But we're wrong. This fryer is not getting too much heat and spent too much time for cooking. Also when we pause the air fryer and open the tray for turning and then closing the tray then fryer goes to power off and we have to enter time and heat for once more. Now we're very much frustrating and fed up by buying this air fryer. Its a waste of money for us. What a worst air fryer. Terrible situation.
We bought this airfryer from Lidl on 28/03/24. But we're registered for 3 years warranty on 02/04/24 approved 3 years warranty. If you want we will give email and address privately.

Its unbelievable and surprising and not to believe its true. When we contacted Daewoo customer service on 13th February, within hours they dispatched replacement airfryer and 16th February we got it. Most companies if we contact customer service they will only reply after weeks. And solving the problems makes months. Sometimes customers problems will not solved. But Daewoo solving customers problems within hours. We heartfelt and sincerely thanks to the incredible and fantastic Daewoo customer service team. Thank you for your great support and quick response to your valuable customers.

We have the Daewoo COL1587 dehumidifier which uses a power supply that is not fit for purpose.
If it is switched off at the wall socket or unplugged to turn it off the unit completely fails.
This is totally rediculous.
The manual tells us, "DO NOT.... use the mains plug as a means of switching on or off...."
This is the first electrical appliance I have ever owned that has such a basic fault in it's design and construction.
How are you supposed to know of such a failing in design if staying as a guest in someone's house, a B&B or hotel for examples?
Trading Standards in the UK state that:
"Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described". This is clearly not the case.

My last Daewoo toaster lasted about 5 years and only died when I dropped it onto a hard tiled floor. I believe if you find something that works well then replace it like for like because there are many inferior goods on the market. My new Daewoo toaster is the same type and I expect it will outlive the old one. Highly recommended.

Good product at reasonable price, but abysmal delivery service. I am unlikely to use Daewoo Electricals again unless I am confident they are using a better delivery service. There is no point in speedy despatch if the delivery company makes no effort to meet the 24 hour promise.
I am so happy with my new Daewoo hoover. I am 82 with very arthritic hands and larger model are very difficult for me to handle. This is easy to carry, not too heavy and very powerful to use. The amount of debris it picked up the first time I used it was embarrassing !!

Food burnt and soggy/undercooked at the same time.
Been trying to get food to cook properly inside & out over the last 2 months of having this. Adjusting times & temps don't seem to make any difference.
It's a real shame because combined microwave +air fryer should be an ideal space saver.
Apparently you can fill the house will smoke, set the fire alarm off, and have food that is still undercooked inside!
Ordering and delivery was very easy and was delivered within 2 days. Heaters very good and cost effective. Would definitely recommend this company 👍👏🌟

From order to using my Halogen air fryer, everything was simple.
Good communication from Daewoo and good delivery service.
I love the halogen air fryer!
You can see the food cooking and cook more than one thing at once.
Being able to properly clean the oven is just amazing. I hated how conventional air fryers are impossible to thoroughly clean.
Saving on electric is another bonus.
In my first week I cooked roast chicken and roast potatoes, fruit crumble, roasted vegetables and fish.
I just love it and highly recommend

After just 14months our double draw airfryer is no longer working. Contacted Daewoo customer service for help but told warranty is no longer valid after 12months and they can do no more. So basically suck it up you had a year!! As the saying goes buy cheap buy twice. I was happy with the airfryer but to only get 14months use was a huge disappointment. So I would not recommend the product or the brand. The constant referral to the extended warranty is confusing, just registering an item allows an extended warranty. Why not honour your extended warranty? I'm now contacting trading standards as 14months use does not constitute fit for purpose. BUYER BEWARE

The write up implies this radiator is suitable for a large room
What it doesn’t say is it can become very hot and can cause burns
This is included in the user manual
It heats the room becoming very very hot then cuts out completely
The room goes cold again so the heater cuts in getting very very hot again
I bought it to use in the play den and you just can’t risk having children around it
The write up implies it will be a constant warm heat with an extra boost when the temp drops lower then the program
Will have to replace with the same make as my others that do not pose this burn risk
