Easy to order arrived well packaged within 2 days thanks
Customer services were contacted in response to identification of an accessory being absent from the packaging related to a recently purchased Daewoo product via Amazon. Customer services were swift to respond to my initial email describing the issue, and provided precise guidance for further information requirements in efforts to work towards a solution. A pragmatic (and the preferred) resolve was identified with 48hrs of initial email, resulting in the dispatch of the missing accessory. This experience was nothing short of first class customer service for the Daewoo CS team, for which I am extremely grateful.

I am absolutely discussed with daewoo customer service emails. I have emailed them 3 times from the end of may to the end of June, as none of my emails are being answered. I bought the 4"mini fan for a holiday. The fan is great but the cord is ridiculously short and will not reach most standard plugs to allow the fan to sit safely while recharging. I had to use my mobile cord. Either make it longer or don't bother

Air fryer developed a fault recently and over a year old so unable to return to store. Contacted customer service and within a few hours replacement has been sent out.
Cannot fault the service received at all and would definitely recommend their goods to others!

The items I ordered (two single standalone induction hobs) arrived in reasonable time.
However the instruction booklet which accompanied the items was very poor. Further, when I asked a question which was not addressed in the booklet, of Daewoo it was not answered, not even acknowledged.
The induction hobs are fine (at least so far) and, as I need slimline ones to fit a particular space, I decided to keep them. However I am still struggling somewhat to know the finer points of their use and I am still being annoyed by the constantly flashing display (about which I asked the question).
I won't be buying from Daewoo again.

I ordered this for my 91 year old Dad. Arrived quickly, although it did say next day delivery. I ordered on a Thursday, it arrive on the monday. Packaged well, easy to put together and has been a God send in the heat wave we've just had. My Dad is very happy with it.

In reply - on 26 and 27th May I emailed invoice and video, respectively, which do you need again? I've still not got your email sent to me today? The ref is WEB 108375, as daewoo have requested... I requested a refund for a faulty fan, as within 12 month guarantee period. They made several requests, for proof of fault etc., some duplicated, spread out over several weeks, but despite providing all necessary for refund they have not updated on my refund or any response at all for past 10 days.

Seems as though some customers are lucky with Customer Services and others are not.
Purchased an air conditioning unit. Pipe on the back is awful and keeps coming off.
Instead of sending out a replacement to try, I’m told to send the whole massive unit back to the retailer!
I do hope I don’t have any more issues, as the customer service team don’t seem to be bothered and can’t be bothered.

Daewoo 12kg ice maker.
Designed by Heath Robinson in his cubism period, (should be his bullet period though) it makes hollow bullets of ice that melt away to nothing as soon as you put them in your drink, no audible clinking of ice here.
Almost entirely made of plastic by Daewoo the thin plastic moving parts look and sound like they could break at anytime under the strain of the clunky and noisy movement. After 12 to 15 mins you are rewarded with a few small hollow shaped bullets of ice, for what use they are you may as well shove them up……………………well enough said.
Daewoo offer ań additional 2 years warranty if you apply within 28 days of purchase, but its hard cheese if you order on-line where you don’t get a receipt because the receipt is the golden ticket to get the 2 year warranty no Receipt no 2 year Warranty.
