I bought a dishwasher from Daan Tech a few months ago, and the heating disk stopped working properly. After contacting customer service, they confirmed the issue came from the electronic card and said it needed to be replaced. Since then, I’ve been waiting for over two months with no solution — no response to my emails, no updates, and no repair.
For a product this expensive, the level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I expected reliability and accountability, but instead I’ve received silence. I hope Daan Tech will take responsibility and fix the issue soon.
I'm grateful that I was able to order the product to Estonia. Unfortunately, upon arrival there was a crack in the front door. There was some foul-smelling liquid at the bottom of the machine and it was quite wet. However, this didn't affect its use. I'm glad that the hoses were
included. It's a pity that the detergent
cartridges were not available at the time of purchase.
I've now been using it daily for over two weeks and I'm very satisfied. The fact that it also has mobility options is wonderful.

J'ai effectué une demande asser urgente il y a 7 jours (5 jours ouvrés) concernant mon lave-vaisselle qui s'est mis a cramer tout bonnement.
Est-il possible de répondre à ma problématique svp ?

Nightmare.
Ordered bob in good faith.
Paid all in one price and was excited to receive it.
Then got a customs invoice for extra charges
I cancelled the order with Ups and asked them not to deliver.
I contacted Dann tech and asked why I was getting extra charges from ups.
Dann tech were too slow in responding but eventually agreed I shouldn't be charged and they would reimburse the cost.
But it was too late by then and the package was on its way back to them in France.
They offered to resend bob, but I thought it was too much hassle and I wasn't impressed.
I have now been waiting for a refund for weeks.
I placed my order on 1st August.
It was returned to them by 7/8th August.
They confirmed the return 20th August.
They advised I would receive a refund within 14 days on 22nd August.
I have still not received my refund.
They then advised the accounting department was on holiday.
So I am still awaiting my refund.
They do not want to give me back my money.
Awful terrible company to deal with.
I would not recommend at all.

J’y ai vraiment cru au début de l’aventure daan.tech en achetant mon premier lave vaisselle en pre commande un an avant la commercialisation
Mais depuis quelques temps le service après vente inexistant me fait changer d'avis
Impossible de les joindre au téléphone et aucune réponse aux mails
Très grosse déception et cliente perdue à jamais
Quel dommage d’être tombé aussi bas après tant d’espoir

Waited over a month for this bob dishwasher (still not received it) due to custom charges delivery driver refused to give me the package and took with him, his words no payment no package!! I have never been insulted in my life!! I understand out of the eu and you have to pay custom charges however if it was stated on the company where i bought it from I wouldn’t of bought the bob dishwasher my reason for the bob was i can not fit a normal size one in my kitchen but for the price they want i could of got two normal dish washers!!! Not happy at all

J'ai acheté bob il y a 3 ans déjà au moins 5 réparations par darty je rentre de vacances et il ne fonctionne plus encore une fois lave vaisselle trop cher J'ai voulu essayé plus jamais je ne l achèterai fuyez ce produit qui n est pas à la hauteur de son prix il y a bien d autres marques plus solides et bien meilleur

We hebben onze vaatwasser nu 2.5 jaar en is al gebarsten, maakt veel lawaai, al veel reservedelen moeten bijvragen. Het roest en vaak problemen met de computer, zelfs na een nieuwe erin te steken. Hadden we het geweten hadden we het nooit gekocht. Nu begint hij ook al te lekken...
Ik ga moeten kijken voor een ander apparaat en deze moeten wegsmijten. Duurkoop.
In het begin leek het een topproduct maar het werd snel een ramp.

Es funktionierte alles sehr gut. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, das kein Lieferdatum bei der Bestellung und auch nachher angezeigt wurde
Très déçue par cet achat de Bob. Je l'ai offert à ma fille pour Noël 2023, contente d'acheter un produit français, et de ma région, qui plus est. Après quatre mois d'utilisation, fuite du produit colorant, gadget inutile et corrosif : il a déteint sur le plan de travail de la cuisine. Depuis le SAV de Daan Tech, vers qui ma fille s'est tournée, a fait preuve de la plus grande mauvaise foi: lui demandant de faire appel à sa propre assurance, puis à celle de son propriétaire( car elle était locataire), alors que la seule assurance qui doit prendre en charge les travaux ( changement du plan de travail et réfection de la peinture du mur), c'est celle de Daan Tech. Le SAV est deplorable, alors que Bob était encore sous garantie. Ça fait presque un an que le SAV la "balade" ou fait le mort... Ma fille y a déjà perdu son dépôt de garantie quand elle a déménagé à l'automne. Et le problème n'est toujours pas résolu.
Hors de question de faire de la pub pour Daan Tech, donc. Au contraire! A bannir.

Cette entreprise n'a aucun SAV et quand mon bob ne fonctionne pas, ils se cachent derrière les lois françaises qu'ils ne respectent pas eux même. Utiliser un autre fournisseur.
UPDATE: J'ai envoyer mon bob pour etre reparé, il me lon renvoyé dans le meme etat, puis il me disent que ma garantie nest plus valable et que je dois payer. Leur commentaire est nimporte quoi. Vous devriez avoir honte.

Quick delivery (I don't live in France), and the product is fabulous! I am considering getting a Joe to add to my Bob - if the quality is as good, it's a worthy purchase.
