Prompt service and polite staff
Once contact had been made the Survey happened quickly and the report was sent through promptly. Miles Hughes was my initial point of contact and was very informative about the process when he called to arrange the survey.

Excellent service

The survey was carried out on time and the report followed in under a week and was very detailed. The findings were very useful, and highlighted one or two areas that need some attention.
