Absolutely brilliant. The survey was very detailed and exactly what we needed. It covered even more than expected and our surveyor was very helpful when we had a couple of follow up questions. I would highly recommend CWH Surveyors. Worth every penny and a totally stress free experience from start to finish. Very professional.

Phillip Chapman was really professional, messaged exactly when he said. Keep us updated every step of the way. His report was very thorough and easy to navigate through with a traffic light system. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again, good value for the service and really happy we used him. Cheap isn’t good and good isn’t cheap! 10/10!

After the initial conversation with both the officer and the surveyor carrying out the work. We arranged a time convenient to all concerned. Once the survey had taken place we waited approx 2 days for the written report. The report was laid out cleanly and was easy to follow. It highlighted the areas that needed immediate attention followed by areas for attention later on.

All in all the process was smooth professional and courteous. Would very happily recommend.
