I took some time to research reputable and well respected property surveyors based on customer reviews. After numerous searches online, Lotus Surveyors LTD stood out to myself as a reputable, well respected and honest company that provides the best possible service to their customers.

From start to finish Lotus Surveryors LTD where professional, fast and clear at communicating with transparency on pricing and what their services included. We went for a RICS Level 2 Survey which was optimum for the property we are buying. The report was very in depth and covered all aspects they detailed would be covered on our initial enquiry.

Overall, I would highly recommend Lotus Surveyors for anyone person wanting a good quality survey and an honest price that is reflected in the work they carry out. 5 stars from myself.

As a first-time buyer, I found a property that seemed too good to be true and, after a level 3 survey, it turned out to be exactly that. The surveyor provided a meticulous report and was also available for a follow-up phone call to elaborate and answer questions I had. I will sleep soundly knowing of the enormous financial bullet I've just dodged. Can't thank Lotus enough.

I consider that without the expertise of Jennifer I could well have made a decision which would have been a great mistake.

Very strongly recommend Lotus! Firstly, I requested a Level 3 survey right away, but they came back to me to let me know that for the property I was looking at a Level 2 was fine - very honest. I was able to schedule the appointment quickly, and got the report ahead of their 10 working day response time, even with a team member of their falling ill! (Hope you feel better soon!) The report itself was both extremely thorough and easy to understand. I will definitely be using them again!
