Cant get through to them
Your phone system keeps cutting out so I can't hear what it is asking me. The URL it sends to me via text for live chat sends a link that does not work. I've filled in the form to be called back twice on your website and no one has bothered to get back to me. I got through to a customer service agent after guessing my way through the questions and she put the phone down on me.

Svar fra Commercial Vehicle Direct
Hello, we're sorry that you had issues getting through to us. The call back form on our website is for customers looking for a new quotation so wouldn't have made it's way to us in customer service. Looking at your username, you appear to be a company. Companies should press option 2 on the first automated question, which will put you straight through to an agent, as our automated system doesn't work for company policies.
