What I think is important for others to know is the speed an efficiency with which Cutwels dealt with my order. The instrument that I ordered arrived well packaged and within the time scale quoted. I will happily order from this company again in the future.

Just an absolutely solid company to buy from. You order tools, they're delivered the next day. What you receive is actually the thing that you ordered. You ring the customer service, it's a very pleasant, actual person on the line. You order the wrong things, they swap them for you. It's just a damn decent business. As small as I am as a customer, Cutwel will still be getting all of my business in terms of drills, etc from here on out. Thank you very much, Cutwel. You do a hell of a job.

Misleading delivery times...
Placed order on a Friday and qualified for free delivery, but paid extra £18 for next day pre 10.30am delivery on a Saturday morning but did not receive until Monday Morning when products were no longer required...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm really sorry that your pre‑10:30am Saturday delivery did not arrive as promised. I do understand how frustrating it is when a time‑critical order doesn’t reach you when needed.
Although your order qualified for free delivery, you paid an additional £18 for the timed Saturday service, and we agree that you did not receive the level of service you paid for. We have therefore arranged a full refund of the £18 carriage fee.
We’re reviewing this with our courier to prevent similar delays in the future. If there’s anything else we can help with, please feel free to contact our customer care team directly on 01924 869610 we’re always here to put things right.

Very happy to give five stars and recommend Cutwel as I placed an order which due to the DPD delivery company was not delivered. Even though Cutwel had not at that point received their goods back they still sent out a replacement parcel FOC. And they have an actual phone number for customer services not one of those annoying chat things. I don't need to buy much from Cutwel but every time I deal with them it is straightforward, from their technical support through to customer support.
