I accidentally ordered the wrong product so got in touch with Protool via email. Customer support is excellent. Replies are very quick and so easy to deal with. The product itself is of superb quality. Highly recommended!

Great service, very quick on response, the team are very friendly. I would give 5 stars but sometimes items have taken a while to be delivered.

We've been using Protool for several years and always been pleased with their quality and technical support. Most items are delivered next day, and they'll always let you know if anything is likely to be delayed, giving you the chance to look elsewhere, if necessary.
