From our first telephone call to Juliette at Altrincham the customer service was marvellous. Juliette dealt with the problem efficiently and thoroughly. The Clifton driver who arrived with our first package was polite and very friendly. Our plumber has also been impressed. Would recommend Clifton's. Thanks to Juliette and team.

We were recommended Clifton Trade Bathrooms by our builder and we feel that every step of our experience with them has been excellent. Juliette has been brilliant, captured all our requirements and walked us through our options and been there on hand for any queries we've had. In the end we've purchased 3 bathrooms from them and feel we've got a good deal that fits within our budget. The staff all come across as friendly, helpful and with a can do attitude. These guys are great (Altrincham). Had an issue with my drain waste and they swiftly sorted it. Had my bathroom done back in 2016. They still look after us.

we went to this company to have a look what they had after going to two other showrooms and we were blown away with the customer service and knowledge. We came away very happy with the whole experience and our new wet room is being delivered on monday ready to fit. the whole experience was pain free and the price was very competitive with the quality of goods looking much better than other companies we looked at. Nathan and Jade were so helpful and pointed in the right direction when choosing products pointing out things we would never had thought of, thanks guys 100% recommend you.

Caitlen saved our bathroom. Almost gave up on the project before speaking with Caitlen. Nothing was too much trouble. No compromises were accepted. Found solutions to all our problems. Attentive during the installation and followed up with aftercare.
All of this whilst some fool was accidentally driving a car through the showroom wall. All the staff at Blackpool branch were really helpful and went out of their way during a very strange time for them. Thank you.

What a lovely experience we had choosing a new bathroom at Clifton Trade Bathroom Birkenhead. We were guided by the fabulous Jamie who helped us choose a stunning walk in shower and bathroom. He explained everything fully making us feel at ease and understood everything. We were offered refreshments whilst choosing our bathroom and he listened to our needs and gave knowledgable advice about the products we were purchasing, then putting our ideas onto a computer and showed us the finished bathroom once completed. I’ve been a bathroom fitter for many years and started using Clifton’s branch in Solihull about five years ago — and I’m so glad I made the switch.

I mainly deal with Eden and Jordan, and they’re both fantastic. They have an excellent understanding of what’s needed to get a bathroom project completed smoothly, and they’re always willing to help resolve any issues, often going the extra mile to make sure everything runs perfectly.

All the staff at the branch are friendly and polite, which makes every visit a pleasure. They even go as far as delivering smaller items directly to site, allowing me to keep working without interruptions.

Their products are top quality, and I’m always happy to recommend them to all of my customers.
