Good work I loved it brilliant

Visited the Birkenhead store as my contractor recommended them for my new bathroom.
I have to admit I had no idea on design or the suite I needed. Luckily I was in the safe hands of Nicole who was patient and went through all the options and listened to all my concerns and questions.
Overall it was such a great experience. The manager of the store also made me feel very welcome and was on hand for any further information. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic planning service from Aiden at the Altrincham store. Warm welcome from all staff and Aiden was really knowledgable and patient with me and my massive wish list. Good range on site with some great quality products. Looking forward to moving things forward with my builder soon.

I would just like to commend Matt at the Chester branch for sorting a problem with a bathroom cabinet. Top marks for customer care.

Couldn’t recommend Nottingham depot (Queens Park) enough, Amy is always really helpful and deals with me and my customers as well as sorts out any issues we might have. Matt has helped out a few of my mates setting up accounts and got them really good deals. Thanks guys!!

If you want exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Cliftons. After buying shower, flooring, tiles and other shower room furniture, we were very happy with the service provided throughout fitting, including after service. Cliftons Bathrooms Bolton branch supplied our bathroom refurbishment two years ago with high quality fittings and we were delighted with the finished bathroom. Their After Sales help has been excellent and I would give them 5 stars every time.

Bought shower, flooring, tiles and furniture from Cliftons in Chester.
When I need to return a shower unit and swap it out as we had made a sizing mistake there was no quibble.
Matt returned the unit into stock and had a replacement un it with smaller shower arm in stock.
He then refunded me the difference in price - no drama. Will be back.

What's the big secret that a potential customer can't view your website to see if you have something worth a visit.
Additional info: you cannot access the site unless you are a tradesperson and registered. I'm not. I was a potential customer.
My last edit: yes you can attempt to look under Traders Customer but when you hit "shower enclosures" for example, I was getting a pop up message saying "Hello Trader please sign in."

Fabulous staff, explored all possible options for a small bathroom, great discount and prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Continuing great support from Clifton at Bolton - 3 years on from buying our bathroom from them - we had an issue with our shower screen - They sorted a solution to the issue which was reassuring , so even after while Clifton are always there to help .I would continue to highly reccomend this company for quality of products and after sales support

Thank you so much to Jade,Anthony and Nathan at the Ashton under Lyne Branch who were fabulous helping us design and choose our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and Jade was exceptional in dealing with our needs after issues along the way with installation problems. (Nothing to do with Clifton) The quality of the fittings is fantastic and the showroom is definitely worth a visit for service and fair prices. Shout out to Sarah Bach at the Reddish branch too who visited us during installation and has been so supportive throughout. Thanks guys we will definitely tell friends and family to visit your showrooms for quality service.
