I Visited the Netherfield, Nottingham branch on Tuesday 12th of May. I was served by Lisa Fryer. Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful, from start to finish. She went above and beyond her line of work, to ensure that I was happy with everything. She was patient and understanding, as well as supportive with incredible knowledge. Would definitely reccomend.

Birkenhead store - I am a Returning customer because staff are always very helpful and friendly, no pressure sales talk.
I arrived 20 mins before closing and wasn’t rushed or made to feel that it was closing shortly, bought a toilet and sink vanity unit, I was told any problems to get back in touch- very god service and staff, pleasure to do business here

Cliftons Bolton were efficient, informative, and very helpful when it came to choosing our new bathroom. They were mindful of our budget, offered us a range of products, and we didn’t feel rushed in making the purchase. Within one week of making contact we had the branch manager visit our home to measure and advise on designs. In that same week we visited the sale room to discuss options and made our decision to purchase! Staff were knowledgeable and helpful in the Bolton branch. Thanks a lot!

I went to Clifton’s in Bolton and like many others I felt a bit overwhelmed as this was my first bathroom reno. Matt was a superstar, knowledgeable, patient, professional and polite. I never felt rushed he talked me through all options and designs which really helped me make informed decisions. Plummer arranged the delivery date and on the day I was called to confirm the time. My delivery arrived on time and the driver safely stacked all items in the porch. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish including the reasonable price. Thanks for all your help Matt.

In 2022 I purchased a full bathroom suite from Cliftons Trade Bathrooms in Bolton, the staff were extremely helpful & understanding. Today, in 2026, I visited them with a query regarding the S/C toilet seat whose mechanism had failed. Even though it was out of warranty by 1 year, they changed it for me FOC without question. What a fantastic service & company to trade with.

The plumbers fitting our bathroom have supplied the bathroom suite using Clifton’s and it has been a nightmare from start to finish everything that has been ordered has been sent wrong which has resulted in having to reorder the right parts for which they tried to charge us a restock fee when it was there fault! The sink was the wrong size, the shower screen had the wrong seal with it, the toilet flush was sent wrong, the bath panel was missed off the order the list goes on!!! This has meant that our bathroom which was supposed to take 1 week has taken 2 weeks which has caused myself and my partner to take time off work and also meant we have had to shower at the gym which is causing a major inconvenience to our lives. Would not recommend!!!!!!!

Excellence experience at the Southport branch today. The product more than met expectations and I even got a free can and a chocolate bar.

We bought our Bathroom suite and radiator from Cliftin Bathroom Bolton ordering was straightforward with the help of Andy McWhinnie very professional, knowledgeable and helpful nothing is too much for him (thank you Andy) we are very happy customer

I attended at Clifton Bathrooms in Bolton and was assisted by Anne. I was feeling rather overwhelmed at the project at hand and didn’t really want the stress of choosing or even having a new bathroom but my old bathroom had other ideas!?

I felt completely at ease, I did not in anyway feel like I was an inconvenience. She explained everything that I asked and there was zero hard or pushed sales.

With the products now fitted and in place I’m delighted with the quality and finish for the overall price I’ve paid.

Really friendly staff. Jordan was knowledgable, polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. He came and measured up and then we went and had a look at stock.

My wife and I decided to have a bathroom makeover, we went to the Hull branch of Clifton’s. A very knowledgeable lady called Sarah, she came and measured up, and really went above and beyond with our needs. Now the job is complete we are both extremely happy. Once again thank you Sarah, very professional and knowledgeable. We would certainly recommend Clifton’s.

From where i start. Worst ever experienced took 2 weeks to deliver all the bathroom in 10 to 15 deliveries, I have to call 5 times every days for 2 weeks. For the update of shall items. Alfie took the order paid him full amount same time. After he was trying to hide when I visit few times. So definitely not recommended this place very unprofessional people. I have to pay fitters extra days money. Manager goes to me we cant do anything regarding plumber and fitters extra time.

We had trouble today with a component from a sliding shower door. In 2023 we ordered a shower enclosure including a sliding door and it was fitted and worked well In March 2025 one of the lower runners broke and Clifton kindly replaced it free of charge. Then this replacement broke in April 2026 and Clifton sold us a replacement at a discounted price. However we could not fit it as it was different in size and construction from the original. We took it back to Clifton but they declined to refund the cost. They explained that the part had the same code number as the original. They offered other odd spares but none fitted. We are sure the persons in the shop did all they could but they claimed that company policy was to refuse the return. They said they could not resell the returned item as the cardboard box was slightly wet, which seems petty; it does not seem reasonable to expect us to keep a small cardboard box dry in case the item they sold us was unsuitable. Prior to this our experience with Clifton has been very good, so this was disappointing,

Always had a good relationship with Clifton Bathrooms in Aintree Merseyside, which was why I returneed there again for my latest bathroom.
Will never use them again though. I found I was going to be a wall panel short eventhough they had calculated from the measureements I gave I required 8 panels when I really needed 9.
I visited there again on 27th March but didn't give me a receipt for payment or list what I had ordered. I was advised a receipt was only provided on delivery. payment. I couldn't take it with me but they said they would deliver the following Monday.
Still didn't get a receipt at delivery time , only after 3 phone calls did I finally receive it by email, which was when I saw they had charged me £55 for delivery.
Chased it with the manager to no avail. Who has told me thats the end of it. Didn't understand when I asked for the complaints process for escalation. Asked me to email him and he will pass it on.... I don't think.
Very underhand in their methods, its like a different company to that which I have done business with in the past. I could have collected it on that Monday probably would have cost me £5 at the most.Wont be doing business with them again...
