Crystal Windows & Doors Ltd Anmeldelser

Bit of a shaky start with the salesman but quickly followed up by factory manager who was amazing. The whole team did a fabulous job, any issues were quickly and professionally dealt with and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Crystal Windows & Doors for any future upgrades.

Over the years we have used Crystal Windows, to install our double, glazing windows, and we have been pleased with their service from Administration, sales, to final installment. Since using them they have branched out into other areas and we recently used their service for new Guttering, Facia etc. They did a wonderful job, were clean, and tidy during and after their work. In addition they helped to resolve an issue with our "shared" downpipe with the neighbour and this was resolved without having an impact to the neighbours wall. The men from Crystal, overseeing this particular job were very, knowledgeable, fair and patient. We also recently had the last of our windows changed to double glazing. The two men worked hard, were genuinely nice and talked with me through stages of the installation, what they were doing etc..As, a company we trust the work they have done for us and are very pleased with all round results. They also, specialise in other areas i.e. patios, garden etc and if, in the future we are considering those areas. We will not hesitate in contacting them and give the work to them.

No issue with installation but lack of professionalism with products. Wrong glass installed on first floor although replaced 2 weeks later. Wrong size window fitted and then corrected. Felt it was a rush service without proper procedures being met. When I emailed a complaint the reply was quite abrupt. Have used crystal in the past and have no issue with their windows, just annoyed at the service received this time.

Richard who fitted my new door from Crystal was very professional in his job. He was kind and friendly and do his work very well, produce a nice clean and tidy job. After he fitted the door, I was shown how to use the keys with the new locks on the door. Keep up the good work Richard, well done.

Crystal have been professional throughout the installation of my front porch, Sean - sales rep, Andy - surveyor , Jo in the office and the fitters Jay and Charlie. Everything has been to a very high standard, communication online and phone calls outstanding, from start to finish everything was explained perfectly to me and any questions I had were answered straight away. I used Crystal 11 years ago to refit all my windows and doors and the quality of service and materials are still 100% amazing. I would highly recommend Crystal for anyone’s home improvements.

The initial customer service was good, providing helpful advice.
The instillation date was prompt and fitted with our expectations.
The fitters were polite helpful and they explained the fitting plan and meeting the daily target timelines. They were clean and careful throughout.
As with any new product there were a few snagging issues that the follow up team rectified promptly without question.
Very pleased with the final outcome.

Great patio door, fitted by a good team with no mess or fuss.

Excellent service , listens to customers requirements This is the third time we have used this company and would recommend to anyone . Really pleased with solid roof on conservatory

Great care and customer service. I am a very happy customer.

Had 2 back windows installed as mine had broken hinges and they were over 20 years old.
From start to finish we were given great service. All staff were friendly and professional. The installers were great, they explained to me what would happen from start to finish. Highly recommend

An excellent, proffesional service From the gent who came round my house, the surveyor and of course the fitters...A+++++

The process of booking a survey, choosing products and arranging install was smooth and pleasant.

The install itself went well and in general build quality and fitment is good. The installers did a decent job and tidied up after themselves, no issues there.

Though there were some small details that I think let down the service overall. Especially considering the pricing is pitching to the fairly premium end of the market. This install of 2 medium windows, 2 small windows, a back door and street door was getting on for £11,000 even after a discount.
1. The door was mis-measured on survey so the installers had to adjust the frame a bit on the fly to get the fit right.
2.The door was also ordered with a security chain and door number. Neither of which were actually supplied with the door.
3.The fitters also didn't remove my doorbell from the old door frame and just binned it with the frame. Luckily it was a cheap remote one, not an expensive Ring one.

I'd recommend double checking with the fitters they have everything you ordered before they start and make sure you explicitly call out to them anything you want to keep.

Very good service.staff are very friendly.

Service was excellent from start to finish

Had a window replaced with a French door set, installers were great, clean and tidy and ensured we were happy all the way through with the fitting.
Happy with our choice

By chance stumbled across Crystal Windows in a local B&Q. Made an enquiry about a conservatory being fitted. Needed an old one taken down and a new one being put up. Like for like. four start to finish have not been able to fault anything. The whole team have been so attentive, answering questions, replying to emails, being responsive to all my queries and enquiries and being very patient. The team of builders we had round were such a pleasure to have in the house and were just amazing! worked in the unbearable heat and done just such a great job. Really, really pleased with the end result, more so than expected to be honest!

Excellent work and done pretty quickly and professionally. The only downside is they are not cheap, prices have increased substantially.

Visit was easy to arrange and at a convenient time.
Good choice of doors and samples of colours was available too.
Measuring service was simple to arrange.
Good turnaround time and door was fitted on a day of our choice.
Fitter was very experienced and professional, completed work in timescale and made sure I was happy with the new door and how to use the lock. We were able to keep our existing lock, so no need to get lots of keys cut!
Very happy with our new door.

The crystal window gave our home a beautiful look inside and out. Good quality of doors and windows in affordable and reasonable price. Staff are very friendly, and they arrived on time for the installation. They give us lots of ideas, options and advice for every product we want, which makes it easier for us to decide. What is more amazing is that they have flexible ways of payment. Very recommendable.

Windows and doors fited nicely and perfect. Fitter was very good and done the job properly and satisfactory. Work finished in time and left site clean and tidy.
