Crystal Windows & Doors Ltd Anmeldelser

I am a repeat customer and my latest experience fitting a new front and patio door met my expectations. The whole end to end service was smooth and problem free. The salesman, surveyor, phone team and fitters were courteous and knowledgable. Good value for money.

Paul the fitter. Was polite and good at his job as it turned out the old door was not fitted very well so he had to do some creative fitting to make the new door fit better. The work site was cleaned on completion.

Crystal replaced a worn-out, damaged porch door and two blown double-glazed panels in a bay window.
The original door and bay windows were fitted by Crystal over 30 years ago so I can vouch for the longevity of their products!
The new door has a more secure and up-to-date locking mechanism with specialist keys that cannot be copied by a standard key cutting service.
Their fitters were professional, thorough and tidy.
Very happy with their products and workmanship.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The 2 window fitters were professional, friendly and didn't leave any mess at all. They worked very hard.

Great communication throughout the process. Great product and the Installer was polite, made sure I was happy with the the installation and made sure everything was cleaned up after installing our new door. The door is top quality, as advised during the Sales process and we are happy with our purchase and would recommend Crystals to anyone looking for home improvements.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

We recently had new windows installed by Crystal Windows, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience.

From the initial sales consultation through to the erection of the scaffolding, the installation of the windows, the completion of a few final adjustments, and the prompt removal of the scaffolding, the whole process was seamless, efficient, and extremely well managed.

Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout. Communication was excellent at every stage, timelines were met, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Any minor tweaks that were required were dealt with quickly and without hesitation.

It's rare to find a company that delivers such a smooth end-to-end service, but Crystal Windows exceeded our expectations. We are delighted with the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

Thank you to everyone involved for a fantastic job.

Have used crystal windows before and found them good so that is why we used them again. New door was fitted when said, installer was lovely and friendly. Delay on air conditioning units but that was because crystal couldnt get the units. They kept us informedcon what was happening with our order. Again installers were lovely and friendly. Would definately recommend crystal windows.

First class service from survey to installation.
Lovely product and the fitters were polite and made very little mess.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Three Musketeers of Crystal Windows – Fantastic Job!
A huge thank you to Adam, Steve and Dan – the Three Musketeers from Crystal Windows!
They installed all the windows and doors throughout my house in a record 2.5 days. An incredibly experienced, professional and hardworking team who clearly know their trade inside out.
They worked together brilliantly — fast, organised and efficient, while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail throughout.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Bill , the surveyor. His experience and knowledge were clear from the start, and his practical suggestions and professional advice were extremely helpful in making sure everything was planned correctly before the installation.
I’m extremely pleased with the finished result. The new windows and doors look fantastic and have made a huge difference to the house.
Adam, Steve, Dan and Bill are a real credit to Crystal Windows, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The Three Musketeers – first-class workmanship, backed by great experience and a first-class team! 🙏🫡

It was very smooth, everything happened so quickly. Good customer service and care. Very efficient service, would definitely recommend. Very happy customer, I love my new door.

I am a retuning customer first time over 20 yrs ago . The service was prompt and any query was answered and dealt with efficiently. The fitters worked quickly cleanly and were mindful to take care of our property.
Thanks to all involved from the start to finish.

We have used Crystal before in the past so they were our first choice for our new PVC porch. Clive from sales has great experience and was able to assist us with what we wanted. It all happened so quickly, signed on the dotted line one day, survey the next and fitted the following week. The fitters were polite and hard working and kept us updated throughout the job. The job went a day longer than planned and we were not here when it was finished. There was a small issue with an air bubble on the floor resin but after a quick call somebody came out within 90 minutes and it was sorted!! I would highly recommend them.

I’m a returning customer. Eight years ago I had my windows replaced in my apartment and this time Crystal Windows replaced the entrance and rear doors and two windows upstairs in my house.

Very pleased with the end result and professionally done job.

Highly recommended
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is what they explsined- great product. Finished in good, some small things fixed latter which is important to tackle in good time. I have no hesitation recommending Crystals Window and Doors as they called but they do other great stuffs, which is my third purchase now fitted.

I have been using Crystal Windows for many years and have consistently found their service to be professional, efficient, and of a high standard. Their pricing is competitive, and they always go the extra mile to be accommodating and answer any questions promptly.

Their turnaround times are excellent, and their team provides regular updates and clear communication throughout every project, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I trust Crystal Windows with all of my rental properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality contractor.

Everyone was very helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish. The person with overall responsibility for my contract and the fitters were exceptional, and at the end of each day all the rubbish had been removed! Am delighted with my new bathroom. Delighted to recommend this company.

Bit of a shaky start with the salesman but quickly followed up by factory manager who was amazing. The whole team did a fabulous job, any issues were quickly and professionally dealt with and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Crystal Windows & Doors for any future upgrades.

Over the years we have used Crystal Windows, to install our double, glazing windows, and we have been pleased with their service from Administration, sales, to final installment. Since using them they have branched out into other areas and we recently used their service for new Guttering, Facia etc. They did a wonderful job, were clean, and tidy during and after their work. In addition they helped to resolve an issue with our "shared" downpipe with the neighbour and this was resolved without having an impact to the neighbours wall. The men from Crystal, overseeing this particular job were very, knowledgeable, fair and patient. We also recently had the last of our windows changed to double glazing. The two men worked hard, were genuinely nice and talked with me through stages of the installation, what they were doing etc..As, a company we trust the work they have done for us and are very pleased with all round results. They also, specialise in other areas i.e. patios, garden etc and if, in the future we are considering those areas. We will not hesitate in contacting them and give the work to them.

No issue with installation but lack of professionalism with products. Wrong glass installed on first floor although replaced 2 weeks later. Wrong size window fitted and then corrected. Felt it was a rush service without proper procedures being met. When I emailed a complaint the reply was quite abrupt. Have used crystal in the past and have no issue with their windows, just annoyed at the service received this time.

Richard who fitted my new door from Crystal was very professional in his job. He was kind and friendly and do his work very well, produce a nice clean and tidy job. After he fitted the door, I was shown how to use the keys with the new locks on the door. Keep up the good work Richard, well done.
