Be careful with this company...
Ok so some very weird stuff went on with an order I put for a vacuum cleaner....So I ordered this thing over the weekend on 13/09/2026 and received a confirmed order for a Pacvac that cost $417.85, now that money has come out of my credit card account as it clearly states on my account online. I also received an order number....Now this afternoon on Tuesday I was sent an email saying that the order had been cancelled and the money was to be refunded as there was a high risk of FRAUD! Now then I was sent an email stating the reasons why it could have been fraud were- my billing address wasnt the same as the addresss on my credit card, my ZIP code or post code wasnt the same aswhat is on my credit card! And....my shipping address was 2627 km away from may IP address! How are these indicators of fraud??? So I rang the lady and she was not clear at all. I told her they took the money out and she was some rude heavily accented lady who gave up no real for cancelling my order. BUT, then for some reason they sent me another confirmed order email and tried to take another $417.95 out of my account. I rang the bank and they told me to put a hold on my account and they cancelled that new request to take money out of my account. It is now too late to call Chrystal white Cleaning supplies and I find this activity extremely disingenuous and shifty. I wonder if they are going to defraud me of that money or will I get my money back? One thing that is for certain is they are one phone call away from being reported to the ACC.

LOVE this hand soap
LOVE this hand soap! Originally discovered at my grandpas nursing home of all places, looked it online and ended up purchasing for me and all my colleagues in the office who all love it! Great find. Light and crisp. Fresh scent which gives enough but not too much that's it's intense. Very happy.
