The service and communication from…
The service and communication from Crystal white was great.
I would recommend you do not use courier please ever again, the package was with their driver for at least 3-4 days and the delivery day kept changing, they are the worse couriers I’ve ever seen and not the first time they have butchered a delivery.

Hi Ling, we’re sorry to see your one-star review. You purchased a premium product designed for expensive marble and toilet surfaces, and we offer it at one of the most competitive prices on the market.
As the delivery address is an apartment, the driver could not safely leave this valuable item in an alley or on the roadside. For security, it was taken to the local post office for collection.
We worked hard to offer you an excellent product at a great price and ensure it was delivered safely. We’re disappointed that this resulted in a one-star review, as the collection arrangement was made to protect your order.
