There was an issue with the same day delivery.
I promptly received an email offering different postage options or refund. Took the different postage options. Great service in the big picture. I'll be back for sure x

I sent a msg to their support line re a delivery I thought I would miss. I was emailed back straight away with suggestions to help. They contacted the delivery driver & requested them to phone me. They emailed back to let me know when the delivery was leaving and how far away. It was from me Amazing service - thku so much

The staff member was extremely helpful getting me the best deal.

I didn't like the fact that online prices are different to in-store prices. That makes me think twice about buying from this company when I could just go elsewhere and look at products in-store.

I don't like the fact I was never emailed a receipt for my purchase and still have not received a confirmation email even tho the money has been withdrawn.. any information would be better than nothing at all

While the staff where very helpful, never received my order and ended up getting a refund after 2 attempts of ordering a light up mirror, I was originally send a globe, so my "mirror" was then sent via express post, I opened it, and to my suprise, another globe! I was starting to wonder if it was a build your own and i was being sent peices at a time! However I couldn't risk trying again as this was for my daughters 10th birthday in less then a weeks time now.
Like I said, staff via email and phone where very helpful and professional, however I now wont ever be ordering from giftbox online again.

I purchased an item with a slight issue. I contacted Customer Service. This team was amazing! Jumped straight into action and sorted the issues immediately. The product is also fantastic just a small issue that was rectify with Giftbox quickly.

It was very quick and convenient. The lady was very helpful as we have 2 stores in the same complex I wasn't sure what store it was.
